I had a wonderful experience with Osvaldo taking care of Kiara! š¶ From the very beginning, I felt at ease because Kiara went with him without any hesitation, which immediately gave me a lot of confidence. He kept me updated throughout her stay and sent me pictures and videos, which I really appreciated because I could see that she was doing well and having a great time. When Kiara came back home, she was happy, relaxed, and very tired, so I could tell she had a great time. I would definitely trust Osvaldo with Kiara again. Jaden was so kind and helped me out last second when my other sitter canceled. Like 2 hours beforehand. He greeted my pup in tbe sweetest way and seemed like a true dog lover. He invited me in to ensure my pup would be comfortable & that he got along with other rover dogs. He sent updates when asked and even some pics during my pups short stay. Definitely recommend!
I was nervous using Rover for the first time, but Mackenzie made the whole experience great. A couple of weeks after our meet and greet, Milo spent his first day with her and her two dogs. She sent updates throughout the day and even called to make sure it was okay for Milo to go with them on a car ride to run errands. I have another day planned with her, as well as our vacation where Milo will be staying with them for five days. I was so nervous leaving him, but after today and the experience I had, I have lost all my anxiety about the situation. She and her husband are great, and she will now be the person I ask to take Milo when we need to use Rover.
Benny had a fabulous day with Scott! And I was very happy because he came home tired! I'm so thankful to have found Scott on Rover. I know that Benny will be in excellent hands when he stays with Scott for a couple of weeks in August.
