Dog Boarding in Altoona

Meghan was great at communicating for a meet up and the actual drop off. She took good care of our little puppy and I think she came home better behaved than when we left her. Thank you Meghan!!

Robbie and her family are amazing, friendly and took great care of my fur babies. Quick response to my texts and sent several videos to keep me updated. She even slept on the couch the first night to help calm down my anxious fur baby!! 🥹 Will recommend Robbie to my family and friends. 😊💕

Cynthia took great care of our dog while we were out of town for a days. Her daily communication was detailed and responded quickly. She was very patient with our dog who can get nervous easily. We would be happy to book with Cynthia again!

We wanted to take a 10 day beach trip to Florida by car and one of our dogs just doesnt enjoy travel days. We decided late to leave her home and was worried if we could even find a dog sitter. Alice’s name came up and she was the best! She gave our “homebody” doggy to a fantastic lap and couch to sit on. Alice checked in with us and sent us pictures and updates. Alice did a great job and even washed our pups bed for us before we picked her up. Alice is very conscientious and will take great care of your pup!

Kim and her family took amazing care of Brownie! It was our first time leaving her for 5 days and as a stay-at-home parent with a homeschool family, it gave us great peace of mind to know that our dog would get the same care and attention all day by another homeschool family while we were gone. It was also less stress on our pet by having a similar routine. Kim's kids helped care for Brownie and she sent us pictures and updates too. Brownie was even treated to a playmate (Kim's dog) and due to the rainy weather, Kim also offered to give Brownie a bath before we picked her up! It was a perfect fit for us, and we will be using Rover to book more time for Brownie to spend at Kim's the next time we are out of town and can't bring our dog along.

Jen was great! I was nervous leaving my little guy for the first time so we arranged a visit first and I knew right away that Jen and her family were the right fit. She was very responsive, sent pics everyday and I could see how much they love the fur babies! Highly recommend!

Jessica did a great job of taking care of my two dogs while I was on a 4 day trip. She was very friendly and responsive. She has a lovely home and backyard and I can tell that my babies had a good time in her care!

Madison was very quick to communicate and Ruby had a great time according to her feedback at pick up. We will definitely use her again. Ruby and her dog got along great.

Lisa is the BEST. She was so accommodating with my last minute booking and was just absolutely amazing with my dog, Joey! He had SO much fun running around and playing with Missy! He was very tired, but very happy when I picked him up! Lisa is my favorite sitter for Joey and I am so glad I found her! I seriously can’t express how amazing she is!

Kevin was great with teddy. He had awesome communication and took photos of teddy playing with his bunny. Thanks Kevin for watching teddy and taking good care of him.

Samantha was a wonderful host! Sidney had great fun with her dog and one other she was watching, and she sent fun pictures every day. She provided a great setting, with places for them to rest, a fenced-in back yard and walked him as well. Having a meet and greet was a great way to initiate the stay. Sidney was there 5 days and we felt very comfortable that he was being well provided for. We will definitely choose Samantha again when we are in her area! Wish she lived closer to us!

Casandra was amazing with our dog, Gracie. We had never used Rover or had our pets boarded. This was a perfect solution. Casandra took the time to meet us ahead of Gracie's stay. She made sure we felt comfortable and sent photos and videos and kept in touch with us on a daily basis during Gracie's stay. I appreciated it so much and felt so comfortable we booked another stay even before we had returned home. Casandra is professional and obviously loves pets. I will absolutely us Casandra again and would recommend Rover as a great resource for pet owners.

Erin and Chris were excellent sitters and treated my dog like family. They kept me updated and even sent photos. Can’t wait to use them again. I highly recommend!

Our pup loved her stay and had lots of play time with her new friends. We received lots of pictures and videos showing the good time she had.

Ziggy had a great extended visit with Sarah. I appreciated the frequent photos and updates of Ziggy’s spring break. I would definitely have Sarah watch Ziggy again in the future.

Kimberlee and her family were fantastic with my dog, Colonel. He stayed with them for several days while we were on vacation, and I received daily pictures and updates that clearly showed he was happy. Kimberlee even dropped Colonel off at our house a few hours before our flight landed and got him settled in perfectly. The most important thing to me is my dog's demeanor after a stay, and I was so grateful to find him content, happy, and relaxed. We will be using her again!

Alivia was great! Tucker got lots of walks and loved hanging out with her pups as well!

Savannah was great with our dog. She sent updates and was accommodating to her needs (our dog is a little high strung and very energetic). Our pup came home happy and tired and we felt comfortable leaving her in Savannah's care.

Nash seemed to have a great time! I feel he was well taken care of-and I received some great photos each day while I was away. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
