This was my first time using Rover and Kaylee left my mind at ease. She was attentive and asked great questions to make sure my cats received the best care. The pictures she sent us while we were on vacation were an added bonus!
Does a great job keeping my ferrets' space clean for them and keeping up with meds for my cats and ferrets. Is very punctual and I know my pets will get taken care of on schedule when she is booked, which really helps with the stress of being away from my fuzzy guys.

Olivia did such an amazing job taking care of our cats while we were out of town! She went above and beyond to make sure Blackjack got his medicine despite his best efforts to avoid it, and she even shoveled our stairs when a snowstorm hit.
