Luke was great! He sent pictures each day and gave me an update. He never gave up on winning over one of my cats and it finally paid off. I appreciate his professionalism.

Michelle was so nice, flexible, and sent the cutest pictures of my kitty while I was away! This was my first time on Rover and unforeseen circumstances changed up my plans a bit, so I was to be home for one of the scheduled drop-bys. Michelle quickly and graciously got the booking changed, and was just so helpful with the whole process start to finish. I will absolutely lock her in early for my next trip!

Jean’s professionalism and personal style gives me absolute confidence that my nervous 15 yr. old cat will likewise feel confident that his needs and preferences will be taken care of to his high standards…!

This was our first time needing someone to house/pet sit. I was a bit nervous, but Andrew was confident at the meet and greet that everything would be just fine. He took wonderful care of our fur babies. He gave us updates. He sent us some wonderful pictures and a video of Lucy playing. He asked good questions. I was able to leave town for the first time in a while and enjoy myself knowing someone was going to be there. He did the expected chores morning and evening. He kept the house in great order. He had to do a little extra cleanup after one of the kitties had an accident. I would absolutely have Andrew stay and care for our cats again.

Angel took great care to ensure Charlie was properly attended to. He humored Charlie with his favorite game (chasing treats), mashed up the stinky food (a gross but necessary step for Charlie to eat), and even took time to sit on the sofa with Charlie for pets and brushing. Bonus: Angel tidied up all the cat-related stuff including cleaning out the recyclable cat food containers, cleaning the floor around the feeding area, and wiping down the counters and cleaning the sink and strainer. Angel left these areas cleaner than they were when I left my house - definitely above and beyond what I expected! The best thing about all of this is that my cat didn’t seem to even notice that I was gone - no grudge, no “Where have you been??” - just a very happy cat. I will definitely be hiring Angel again.

Tia cared for my two cats, one of whom is diabetic for two weeks. She dropped in twice a day, a.m. and p.m. She updated me at each visit and included photos. She always stayed 30 minutes and sometimes a bit more. She took wonderful care of my kitties. When I got home, they were calm and did not seem anxious at all (which they have been when I have been away in the past). I will definitely rebook with Tia for any time I have to be away from home. I would highly recommend her.

Dina was very reliable, caring and an effective communicator before, during and after 6-day check ins with my cat. I had full confidence in her during that time period (which included admin of medication) that my cat was well cared for. I will use Dina’s services for any future need.

Wonderful job taking care of Lily. Lily was very relaxed and happy upon my return from visiting family and I attribute this to the excellent care that Sophie provided. Many thanks.

Jessica is absolutely amazing! She did drop in visits for our two cats. Jessica is very reliable and goes above and beyond what you ask her to do. We’ve already booked her for another stay. Can’t recommend her enough!

Courtney was amazing caring for Peanut. Peanut likes to hide when we are gone. We did show her his hiding spot. She was great at sending us pictures of him. And as time went on, he even came out of his hiding spot and rubbed up against her leg. So that was amazing!! She took excellent care of him and I would highly recommend her!

We are a repeat customer with Kayci and we cannot be happier with her! We have had her do drop in visits for our two cats multiple times and she always does a great job.
