Adrianna was great! I really appreciated how she sent pictures and updates with every visit. It gave me so much peace of mind while I was away! Overall, wonderful experience.

This was our very first experience using Rover, and Jaron did an excellent job caring for our two cats while we were away. He sent several photos and updates throughout the week, which gave us so much peace of mind. One of our cats also hurt herself while we were gone, and Jaron was proactive about calling to let me know what was happening and even offered to take her to the vet. I really appreciate him taking such good care of our pets and treating them like his own. If we go on another trip, I will definitely be booking with him again!

Sylvia won the trust of even our shyest with ease and our feeble old senior cat seemed not a bit stressed when we returned. It seemed like the pet areas were cleaner than we left them and all instructions were followed to a tee. The picture reports were fun and reassuring. 10 of 10.

Kassi continues to be wonderful. All our pets love her, even our shy cat who can be very standoffish. It's great being able to relax when we're gone knowing that the animals are in good hands.

Even when we are having our typical terrible Midwest winter weather, Angie makes sure our animals are taken care of, and it is so nice to not have to worry when we can’t make it home.
