We had a really good experience with Shannon! She and her husband took care of my Jackson and Thor while we went out of town for our first family trip. It’s my first time using Rover and she communicated with me very well. Took her time answering my questions and welcomed me to her home when I asked for a meet and greet. She really helped put my mind at ease as I am not used to having my dogs separated from me. I immediately felt comfortable when I met her in her home. I knew I was leaving my dogs in good hands. She kept me updated on how my dogs were doing during their stay and sent me photos. Thanks Shannon!❤️
