Michelle was the best! She cared about our dog, took good care of her and was observant on what our dog needed. Michelle had great communication as we planned the day, and throughout, which was very helpful. Would highly recommend Michelle!

I was new to Rover and a bit apprehensive about using the app for the first time. Hailey was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the entire process and making everything easy to understand.( literally talked me through) She is incredibly personable and went above and beyond in caring for my dog. Not only did she provide excellent care, but she also took the initiative to clean my dog's ears when she noticed an issue. I am extremely grateful for her attentiveness and dedication. I highly recommend Hailey to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.
