Dog Boarding in New Hartford

This was Reggie’s second stay, and as well as he seemed to do the first time, he seemed to be more comfortable this time. When he arrived, he didn’t hesitate at all. He recognized the home and wanted to go right in. Jenny sent plenty of photos to show Reggie was making himself at home and having fun with Remy. We hate when we have to leave Reggie behind, but feel comfortable leaving him with Jenny.

Stiles had a great time I think he was a little disappointed to have to come back home! Shaun and Katie do a great job of updating you on your pet while you are away and make sure your pet really feels at home!

Lindsay was great! It was my dog's first stay with a sitter, so I was a bit nervous. Lindsay let us come over the night before and do a meet and greet to help familiarize my dog with her and her house. It was a huge bonus that Lindsay works from home, so there was always someone keeping my dog company. She kept us updated with pictures and took Freya (my dog) on walks while she was there. I plan on using Lindsay any time that I may need a sitter!

Rachel was great to work with. This was our first time using Rover and she gave great updates and took good care of our pup especially helping to settle her in with the first time being at a sitter.

At first glance it’s apparent that Bethany is an animal person and took to my dog immediately, making the transition of my departure much smoother. She also had other dogs that were good for my pup to socialize with as she doesn’t get much of that anywhere else. I truly thought after we got home and she felt secure again with me and her surroundings, she was a little bored and wanted to go back. Bethany followed the several directions I left for her and gave her a great bath. My dog can sometimes experience allergy attacks in the middle of the night and she said all the pets usually just pile on her bed at night time so that made me feel so much better than if I would’ve just left her at a kennel where no one would’ve detected an attack that could’ve been fatal. I am extremely pleased with the care that was given and will definitely be calling on Bethany again for her services…

Deirdre was so great! She really eased our anxiety and nervousness over leaving our dog for the first time for an extended period. She sent so many updates and pictures. We loved it and it made us so happy that he was being loved and cared for while we were away. Deirdre is the absolute best!

We were so happy with Angie taking care of our dog, Zeppy. Angie was so nice , caring , and skilled with our Pup for the weekend. We would definitely recommend her and use her again . Thanks Angie ! Monica Stearns

Jennifer has been AWESOME! I travel for work right now and she took my female Alaskan malamute in to watch for weeks and she has given me 2-3 updates every single day. Pictures, videos, even to tell me she washed my dog because she had fun with her dog in the mud lol. She has been very polite with any feedback, letting me know right away how suicune is doing if I ask. Jennifer is very polite and seems so excited to take care of dogs. I highly recommend her to anyone if you need someone to trust to watch your dog!

We were so happy with Benny’s stay. Kaylee communicated every day with us and even sent pictures. Benny was loved by everyone ❤️. We will be going back.

For our first time using Rover, we were very pleased with our Mollys care. Chelsey took care of our pup just like she was her own. We couldn’t have been happier with her care! Highly recommend!

Our dogs are in excellent hands! She is very accommodating, and we love getting daily updates to know they’re safe and sound in her loving care.

Nicole is amazing to work with! I loved her professional communication and love for animals she is caring for. Her home is clean and beautiful and she sent me pics throughout the day and even sent me a Christmas card worthy photo of my sweet Lucy in front of a tree that looks very professional! Rachel was an exceptional Rover for my dog’s week stay with Rachel and her family. It was clear that Rachel and her family are experienced and truly love dogs. Rachel was punctual and communicates well, providing detailed updates and photos. It's evident my dog enjoyed her time! Rachel was very attentive to my dog's needs and went the extra mile to make sure my dog got not just physical exercise, but also mental stimulation and lots of love when she needed it. Overall, Rachel and her family were reliable, caring, and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving Rover. Hands down, amazing! Eric was so great with Copper and keeping us updated through our whole trip! We will use Eric for every trip from here on out!
