Doggy Day Care in Santiago

I had a wonderful experience with Osvaldo taking care of Kiara! 🐶 From the very beginning, I felt at ease because Kiara went with him without any hesitation, which immediately gave me a lot of confidence. He kept me updated throughout her stay and sent me pictures and videos, which I really appreciated because I could see that she was doing well and having a great time. When Kiara came back home, she was happy, relaxed, and very tired, so I could tell she had a great time. I would definitely trust Osvaldo with Kiara again. I was nervous using Rover for the first time, but Mackenzie made the whole experience great. A couple of weeks after our meet and greet, Milo spent his first day with her and her two dogs. She sent updates throughout the day and even called to make sure it was okay for Milo to go with them on a car ride to run errands. I have another day planned with her, as well as our vacation where Milo will be staying with them for five days. I was so nervous leaving him, but after today and the experience I had, I have lost all my anxiety about the situation. She and her husband are great, and she will now be the person I ask to take Milo when we need to use Rover.

Divya watched my puppy every Monday for the past 10 weeks or so while I was at work. He had such a great time with her. I got pictures and videos throughout the day. She took him to play, to the dog park, and he always came home exhausted. She’s absolutely wonderful to work with!!

Helped us out in a pinch! Our first experience with Samantha we needed somewhere for Poa to stay during the day last minute but didn’t have time for a meet up before. Samantha was able to make us feel comfortable right away! Poa came home happy and well taken care of.
