I have nothing but positive things to say about Kassy. I went out of town for the holidays and had someone lined up, but unfortunately they weren’t able to pull through last minute. I reached out to a couple of people, and Kassy responded quickly and confirmed her availability right away. From the start, I got a great vibe from her. She was kind, professional, and very personable. She immediately took a huge weight off my shoulders. I really appreciated how respectful she was in my home; she always asked before looking for anything and made sure she was doing things the way I was comfortable with. That meant a lot to me, especially since I’m not someone who easily lets just anyone into my space. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire visit. I loved the updates and photos. They gave me real peace of mind while I was away. This was also my first time using Rover, and I genuinely feel like I got lucky finding her. I trusted her completely and felt very comfortable knowing my little guy was in good hands. I highly recommend Kassy and will absolutely be reaching out to her again in the future.

Sue did a fantastic job of taking care of my cats while I was away! She sent frequent updates, giving me peace of mind that they were happy and well cared for. She obviously had a way with them, as they were more trusting and open with her than they’ve ever been with previous sitters. I would absolutely recommend Sue as a pet sitter and will definitely hire her again.

Heidi was great to work with from the very beginning! I had never used Rover before and she was so helpful walking me thru it. I even needed to add an extra evening to the booking and she was flexible enough to accommodate. She communicates very well and I loved the pictures 😁

Omg Katherine is so awesome...we found her on Rover and based on her profile I knew she would be a great fit for our fur babies (Cats) once we booked she wanted to do a meet/greet 😁 based on that I just knew this was going to go great...When we did the meet/greet we gave her specific instructions and she asked questions to make sure she didn't miss nothing and that was awesome. We gave her 2 slots to come by everyday and she showed up everyday with no problem and did everything that was asked...she even sent us pictures...again Awesome...I accidentally put in the wrong dates and she modified it with no problems and gave us a refund...we really appreciate that because that was an error on my part...Overall she is an awesome person, very sweet and very attentive and she gets the job done...I highly recommend ☺️

I would give Sarah 10 stars if I could. She is very competent and confident in caring for my cats with complex medical issues. She takes the extra effort to spoil them a lot too, I must say. We have really been lucky to have Sarah as a caregiver.

Talia has been super great with our kitties. Taro and Yuki were so happy to see Talia. I would definitely recommend to have Talia take care of our cats again. She’s really patient and followed everything we wanted. Truly appreciate her help! Great communication.

I don't do many referrals, but Arielle deserves one. She seemed to like my cats and they liked her. I got home yesterday, and the boys seemed very happy. She cleaned up poop She didn't need to clean up and I liked the daily written updates. I hope she's available for my next trip. Thanks again Arielle.

Libby was super accommodating when we had to make a last minute scheduling change. She continues to be super awesome with Ripley and we love reading the little notes she leaves about her visits with him.

I cannot recommend Lisa enough as a pet sitter! She took care of my two cats while I was away, and I was beyond impressed with the love, attention, and care she gave them. One of my cats is extremely shy and usually hides from everyone — but not with Lisa! She somehow managed to make her feel comfortable and safe, which truly speaks to her gentle and calming presence. Lisa not only made sure they were well-fed and happy, but she also kept everything spotless. She cleaned the litter box and even took care of a few accidents around it without hesitation. She sent me pictures of two relaxed, happy cats and a clean, tidy space — the best feeling to be given while being away. Knowing my cats are in such capable and caring hands is giving me such peace of mind. Lisa is responsible, thoughtful, and truly has a gift with animals. I will absolutely be calling her again the next time I need a sitter!

She has a special touch for sure. Our cat has a fear of strangers however, I received photos of Morgan brushing our shy kitty. Morgan was the perfect person to care for our pets.
