Pet Sitting in West Des Moines

Jordana has been absolutely wonderful with my kitties! Mimi and Momo warmed up to her very fast and trusted her a lot! She always made sure to keep me updated with the daily cat sitting session and always went beyond to accommodate my cats! I can 100% vouch for her professionalism and would recommend her to any pet parents!

This is Skitter's third time with Sarah coming by. He is a shy boy but Sarah is very patient and I appreciate her communication throughout the time I am away.

Katherine does an amazing job and is exceptional at communication. My cat is always well cared for and Katherine takes a genuine, personal interest in her whenever she cares for her. I highly recommend her!

Libby was super accommodating when we had to make a last minute scheduling change. She continues to be super awesome with Ripley and we love reading the little notes she leaves about her visits with him.

I was worried about finding someone to take care of our diabetic car while we were gone for the weekend. He needs insulin shots twice a day, so finding someone who could take that on worried me. Shelly was great, and came over in advance to meet Calvin and go through all the steps. She sent photos while we were away, and made me feel comfortable knowing that he was taken care of.

Monica was great with Houdini. He’s an older cat that loves attention and she gave him lots of love while we were out. Thank you so much for caring for him while away. It made a huge difference!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Kassy. I went out of town for the holidays and had someone lined up, but unfortunately they weren’t able to pull through last minute. I reached out to a couple of people, and Kassy responded quickly and confirmed her availability right away. From the start, I got a great vibe from her. She was kind, professional, and very personable. She immediately took a huge weight off my shoulders. I really appreciated how respectful she was in my home; she always asked before looking for anything and made sure she was doing things the way I was comfortable with. That meant a lot to me, especially since I’m not someone who easily lets just anyone into my space. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire visit. I loved the updates and photos. They gave me real peace of mind while I was away. This was also my first time using Rover, and I genuinely feel like I got lucky finding her. I trusted her completely and felt very comfortable knowing my little guy was in good hands. I highly recommend Kassy and will absolutely be reaching out to her again in the future.

Kaden did amazing with Clove! He was very attentive to her pet profile and was mindful of her being a new addition to my household. She is usually a little shy, but she loved him immediately. I would absolutely have him again!

Lisa was wonderful in watching my cat. He can be stand-offish but Lisa was very patient, she gave great check in descriptions and photos (when my cat allowed) and I highly recommend her to watch over your pet as well

Brianna was quick to help for daily visits. She sends a few photos each time she drops in and my dog seems happy each day when I come home!

Troy was great with our wild Berner puppy! He was patient with her and did a great job playing with her and figuring out her spunky personality. Your pets are in great hands!

I would give 10 stars if that was an option. Talia was wonderful and went way above and beyond. She really cared for our Roxie like she was one of her own. It was wonderful knowing Roxie was being well cared for while I was taking care of family out of state. Talia you were wonderful, thank you so much!

Heidi was so helpful in agreeing to drop in visits on short notice after an unexpected need. The pets enjoyed having her and we were very happy with their care and attention!

Mary is so sweet and my dogs love her. I’m so happy to have found her! Knowing she is watching my dogs brings me a lot of peace when I’m traveling!

Kayla was awesome! She recently moved back to Des Moines and I encourage anyone who needs a new sitter to book with her. She came over before I left to go over everything, and was kind, respectful, and professional. She took great care of my kitties!
