Dog Boarding in Athol

Layla absolutely loves going to Leaha. She has the opportunity to socialize with other dogs and she is treated like the family dog. Thank you so much Leaha for loving her.

Great experience! Very nice family with great fenced in yard. They seemed to sincerely enjoy having my dog. Good communication. Would love to use again but they are moving from the area.

Rave reviews for Ashley and Robbie Gonzales and family for keeping my pooch safe, fed, well loved, and played with while we were on vacation for 17 days! Their daughter even read Barklee a story one night, lol. They really got to know Barklee and sent me a narrative and photos constantly on how she was adapting to their care. We loved their communication with us and we had a worry free vacation. Ashley did a great job at integrating our “only child” dog into their own dog’s lives and with other dogs visiting their home. Barklee takes daily meds and there was no issue with that at all. They went above and beyond with extra care for Barklee. When I picked her up today, Ashley had an adorable treat and toy bag with a cute note inside PLUS a photo portrait in a frame for our refrigerator. All around fabulous care and they went the extra mile every step of the way.

Sherin is an amazing sitter for my dog. She sends pictures and takes care of my dog like she is a part of her family. I always feel like my dog is in the best hands with Sherin when I have to leave town. She is also very accommodating if there is a change in plans, which is super helpful.

We can’t say enough good things about Wendy. Our dog is very sweet with us but has always been antisocial and anxious around new people and environments. We were nervous about leaving him, but from the first interaction, Wendy put both us and our pup at ease. We got regular updates, photos, and even a video of him out for a walk. When we picked him up, he was relaxed and happy. We’re beyond grateful to have found someone who truly understands and cares for dogs like ours. We highly recommend Wendy.

Heidi watched our 1yo border collie while we were away for the weekend and she was so great! I highly recommend Heidi to take care of your pups!

Kara was wonderful to work with. She was calm, caring, understanding and easy to work with for boarding our three dogs for 2 nights. She sent photos and updates letting us know that all was well. Everything was organized and ready when we came to pick up our dogs, and we got more details about their stay.

We had such a great experience with Hannah! She sent us tons of pictures and updates throughout their stay, which made us feel so comfortable knowing our two goldens were happy and being well taken care of. The boys clearly got lots of love and attention and absolutely fell in love with her son, which was so sweet! They also got along great with her German Shepherd and looked like they were having the best time. They came home happy, loved, and completely content. It was honestly the perfect experience, and we would absolutely trust Hannah with our boys again! 🫶🏼

Shaunett took care of our 2 dogs for the first time this past week. She and her husband were so kind and easy to work with. They invited us to bring our dogs over for a meet and greet before we booked. Their home is as warm and inviting as they are, and their fully fenced yard is perfect for the dogs to run and explore. She asked all the right questions to get to know our girls and tried to make us all as comfortable as possible. She was flexible with our drop off and pick up times--which was wonderful given the crazy weather and our long drive. When I picked the girls up they were happy and not the least bit stressed. She kept in touch while we were away and sent great pictures. I look forward to having them stay with Shaunett and Matt again.

Was very patient with my dog. He had never been left with dog sitter before. Sent me updates and pictures when I asked.

Heather was great! Rosie settled in and really enjoyed her stay. I know Rosie will be very happy to spend more time with Heather on our future travels.

Rebecca took the best care of our French Bulldog Daisy! Rebecca had great communication, sent lots of pictures, and we had a very tried dog after a fun 2 day stay! We look forward to booking with Rebecca in the future ☺️

This was Buddy's first time away from us and his home. Carolyn and Sarah F. took great care of him and updated us every day about how well he was doing. It was a great relief to know that he was being well cared for as we had several things to take care of in a hectic 3 day period. When we picked him up, he was happy to see us, but also happy to be there. We will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in our area who needs someone to take care of their dogs. It is obvious that Carolyn and Sarah take great care of their charges and make them feel as "at home" as possible. We really appreciate knowing that we can leave Buddy with them and not worry about how well he is adjusting to being away from home. Thanks for the great care, Linda and Steve

Jessica is amazing! Our dog seemed happy from the minute he walked into her house! We got pictures daily. When I went to pick him up, Jessica's dog Lulu and cat also came to the door to say goodbye. It was so cute! It is such a relief to know we have a place to bring him when we are out of town!

My pup LOVES going to Mikey’s! She has adjusted well and when we drop her off, she doesn’t look back! Maggie loves the great exercise she gets. Mikey’s communication is excellent and we appreciate all of the photo updates we received while on vacation. We had no worries while we travelled. We actually wondered if Maggie would want to leave Mikey’s house. :) She is now our go-to Rover sitter. We also appreciate her extensive knowledge of animal behavior, interaction and training. She insured a smooth transition when Maggie met other dogs. Thank you!

Max had an amazing time. He doesn't do well with the heat so they brought out a kiddy pool which I know have to buy one for him at home lol. Update pictures everyday. Its nice to know your fur baby is being well looked after! 11/10 would recommend!

Tammy was awesome! She sent great updates with pics and videos, gave our dog tons of running time, and he came home a happy, tired pup. Totally recommend her! 🐶
