Josey is so friendly and loving towards our dogs. I felt so confident having her come over to let them out. I loved the updates too!

Alinda was able to help with less than a day’s notice and then went the extra effort of covering an additional day. Would highly recommend her.

Drew was very committed with our boys. Our boy Banjo can be difficult leashing up. Both the dogs were apprehensive of a stranger but Drew was sweet, git on the floor with them and spent extra time. Banjo really never cooperated but Drew was still able to get him out to potty. I highly recommend Drew if you’re in the Boise area!

This was the first experience for me with Rover. My cats seems happy and healthy when I returned from a week long trip. Morgan is very professional.

Tiffany took exceptional care of Tootsie, and from a practical standpoint, it’s clear she operates at a very high standard. From the moment I left Tootsie with her, I had zero concerns. Tiffany is attentive, responsible, and genuinely engaged, not just “checking a box” as a sitter. The key point here is that she treats pets like they are her own, which is increasingly rare. She provided consistent updates, was proactive in communication, and paid attention to the small details that actually matter. Tootsie came back happy, well cared for, and clearly comfortable, which tells you everything you need to know about the environment Tiffany creates. More importantly, Tiffany demonstrates strong judgment. She’s not reactive, she’s thoughtful and anticipates needs before they become issues. That level of awareness significantly reduces risk and builds trust quickly. The implication is simple: if you want reliability, accountability, and someone who genuinely cares, Tiffany is the right choice. I would not hesitate to trust her again, and frankly, she’s now my go-to.

Stephanie was so good with our dog! Great to communicate with, and she definitely took the time to really play with our dog and make sure she felt loved while we were gone. Highly recommend!

When my scheduled dog sitter backed out at the last minute, my friend recommended Rover.com and I found Emily. We have two labs - a 14 year old and a 1 year old - two very different speeds. Emily is fantastic! She has a calm demeanor (which is great with dogs), communicates well (sent us pictures of our dogs after every visit), and took care of everything, just as we asked. She even took our hyper 1 year old lab for a run every morning! She gave us peace of mind! I highly recommend Emily and will use her again.

Camba was great with my cats! She took lots of photos and kept in communication the whole time. I would definitely recommend her, she seems to genuinely enjoy taking care of animals!

We’ve booked Sara multiple times for pop-in visits with our cat. You’d never know it from Sara’s interactions with her, but our cat has a violent side. She’s scared off sitters before. But we can tell from the pictures and Austen’s disposition when we get home that she feels comfortable with Sara. Brings us great peace of mind!
