I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jenny! We have never used Rover before and our girls have never had a pet sitter before. Needless to say, we were nervous to leave them, but hoped for the best. Jenny went above and beyond taking care of the girls and we always looked forward to her photos and updates. We felt so comfortable with Jenny and had peace of mind while on vacation (priceless). Upon our return, the girls would look at the front door wagging their tails, hoping that she was about to walk through the door. Obviously, they love Jenny and had a wonderful time while we were gone.

Jill was great, and she treated Heidi very well. She was good at communicating and sending photos, too. I've already booked her for two more visits. If you're looking for a sitter, Jill is an excellent choice.

Bethany did a great job taking care of my kitty and at communicating after each check in. Next time I’m out of town, I hope to book Bethany again.
