We needed non-traditional help- essentially a second set of hands to help my husband catch out and administer their medications while I travelled for work. Lachlan was amazing! Phoebe is wonderful! We had a last minute request that she was able to accommodate (totally hit the jack pot). Her communication was superb from beginning to end. Elena was a real godsend. She came on short notice to take care of our elderly cat, who is a rescue and tends to need time to warm up to most people. Elena has a calm and gentle and presence and Bella felt safe with her right away. Elena was also excellent in her communication. She kept us updated on Bella's well-being and was responsive to our inquiries, ensuring we felt reassured while we were away. Her genuine love for animals was evident throughout the entire experience. We will be calling her again!
