Erin is wonderful — reliable, trustworthy, and truly goes above and beyond! We were a little hesitant to try Rover at first, but after seeing all the glowing reviews we decided to book Erin, and we’re so glad we did. She drops in to check on and walk our English Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Manny, who is a very excited ball of muscle with lots of energy and puppy-like tendencies. We love that Erin always provides photo updates during her visits, which puts us at ease when we’re away from home. It’s clear she handles him with patience and confidence, and we appreciate that she even brings in our packages from the porch — so thoughtful and considerate of her! Erin is flexible, dependable, and communicates promptly, making it easy to coordinate care around our busy schedules. We’re so grateful for her help and peace of mind, and we’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, responsible caregiver for their furry family members!

Whitney made our first time using Rover a great experience. She was communicative and was clearly the highlight of our cats’ day when she came by to feed and play with them. We had an issue with our robot litter box while we were gone and she worked with me to troubleshoot it over messages, which solved the problem and was such a relief! We would love to work with her again!

Aubry was great with my senior cat Lincoln!! She is very fast to respond and also sent me a few pictures each day. When my flight back got cancelled and I was stuck for one extra day, she was more than happy to do a VERY last minute booking to check in on my cat the same day. I really appreciated it :)

We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely book again. She took excellent care of our diabetic dogs while I was out of town, which requires a lot of attention to detail and consistency. She was always prompt and incredibly reliable, and we really appreciated how seriously she took our care instructions. She took the time to thoroughly review her notes to make sure she understood everything correctly, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the animals she’s watching.

Very professional sitter; we had a short in person meeting before the appointments to go over my cats' feeding schedule and she was sure to send update pictures of them at each visit. Definitely would book her again!
