Doggy Day Care in Batavia

As a busy teacher and child of parents with health issues, I constantly have situations requiring me to be away from my pup.... I hate to do this, but life is not always convenient, right? I was sooo Blessed to have found Donna's sitting service through Rover. Donna and her family have provided Love and Comfort to an important member of my family. They've also put to rest my initial fears of allowing a stranger to take care of my little one. Donna opened her home and heart and provides care, flexibility and decency. My dog was needing a little doggy vacay in the countryside. Meet and greet went smoothly and she felt right in with the others. They also helped her overcome a slight fear of water as I heard she went in the doggy pool with the others . She had lots of good playtime and lots of attention. Came back to a happy camper of a dog.

Maddie did a great job caring for our Finzi! He left happy and healthy, and Maddie did a great job keeping me updated with pictures and clear communication! Booking again!

This was my puppy’s first time boarding and Kathleen did a great job making us and him feel comfortable. Communication was great and she was so flexible! Definitely recommend.

Mikey had a great day with Mike. Mike sent updates, pictures and a video throughout the day. Great communication and patience with our energetic dog. Mike seemed to genuinely enjoy Mikey the dog.

This is the first time my dog had been with a dog sitter so he is not used to be left behind by us. He is a very anxious dog to begin with but Niratcha tried her best to comfort him. She was updating me of what's going on with Coconut and with all that even though my dog was crying and not socializing that much with her dogs, I truly appreciate what she did. I will still let her take care of Coconut next time I need a dog sitter, maybe by then Coconut will warm up with her and her dogs Lucky and Happy, who are adorable dogs.

This was Jack's first day care experience on Rover, and Pennie made it a great one. She suggested a meet-and-greet prior to the day of the drop-off, which allowed Jack to get familiar with the place, easing any anxiety. It's obvious that Pennie has a lot of love for dogs and is good at caring for them. I was glad there were other dog companions there for Jack to play with, and a yard for free play. He was a tired dog when he came home, so I know he was very active and had a good time :)
