Pet Sitting in Batavia

We cannot say enough about Jackie. She truly treats our puppy like her own and loves on him every time she sees him. She is thorough and so kind. We are so grateful for her care!

Janae is patient and attentive to my dog and 2 cats and my sister's dog. She took good care of all of these. She also was kind enough to come an extra time with short notice. I have had her return to my house and animas the 3 times I have used Rover.

This was our first time using Rover and we will definitely use Kristine again! She offered to come meet us and our cat beforehand which helped a lot. She was great with our 17yo cat and really helped put our mind at ease. She was very reliable (came to the house when she said she would) and sent great photos and detailed updates. Kristine is wonderful!

Mary is truly the best we have ever had. We have had some emergency situations come up, and she has been so amazing taking care of our pups and taking that stress off of our plates. We cannot say enough great things and would highly recommend Mary to anyone.

Ollie LOVED all of the attention from Kate & kids. While he is a social cat, he doesn’t usually take so quickly to new people. Callie still seemed calmer when I came home than when they are left 100% alone. I do think that while she stays under the bed, she appreciates the brief attention (and fresh food/water)

Lori was exceptionally wonderful in taking care of our cats while we were away. She went above and beyond and stepped up to help with anything needed as things can sometimes come up. She definitely deserved all 5 stars plus more and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing these services.

Melanie did a great job with our two cats. She kept in communication and sent pictures while we were away. Will definitely be reaching out to her in the future!

Jessica took perfect care of my cat Bruce. She sent so many great pictures and notes that assured me he was doing good while I was away. If Jessica watches your pet, you should have peace of mind they are in good hands.

This was our first time to use Rover - Grace was excellent! She was very responsive answering questions and gave updates throughout. We will definitely use her again.

Kassandra does a wonderful job taking care of our cat. She has come many times and our cat loves her and everything is taken care of so we come home to a clean house and happy cat!

Maureen came by to give our dog a break when my husband and I had to be out of town all day. She is personable and professional, and it was great to know that Snoop was in good hands while we were away. She sent pictures, too!

Cristina is wonderful with our three dogs. She is responsible, punctual, and takes great care of them. It’s reassuring to know they are well cared for!

Elyse is always our go-to cat sitter slash whisperer! Our cat is a bit needy, and Elyse is so fantastic with her! Her reports and photos are something that we look forward to receiving while away — thank you again!
