Cherie was absolutely amazing! I felt comfortable with her right away. She was so attentive and kept me updated with each visit, pictures included!! She did an amazing job of communicating before, during, & after the drop-in even when I wasn't able to promptly answer her. Janette even went above & beyond - going out on a limb to greet my very scared cats with treats!
