My cats love Jessi. My boy cat has a heart condition and takes medicine twice a day; giving him his pills can be a delicate act and he won't take them from everyone. He never has issues with Jessi and I think that's a testament to the care and trust Jessi has built with my cats. Highly recommend her!!!

I needed a last-minute drop-in visit for my rabbits while I was out of town, and she was able to help on very short notice. She communicated well, checked on my pets promptly, and made sure they had what they needed. I really appreciated her flexibility and willingness to help when I was feeling worried.
