Mercedes was absolutely amazing! From the moment I dropped off my dog, Shadow, I knew he was in loving and caring hands. She truly went above and beyond in every way possible. Throughout Shadow's stay, she sent me regular photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. She even gave him a bath, made homemade treats for him, and sent him home with a report card detailing how he did during his stay. As if that wasn't enough, she surprised me with a beautiful gift bag that included a framed photo of Shadow, and she even made a delicious dessert for me! It is clear that Mercedes genuinely loves what she does and treats every animal as if they were her own. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail are truly unmatched. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and Shadow was happy and well cared for. I highly recommend Mercedes to anyone looking for an exceptional dog sitter or boarder. I will definitely be using her services again. Thank you, Mercedes, for taking such wonderful care of Shadow!

Manuel is wonderful! Glad we found him! He helped us in a last minute pinch. Super flexible with drop off and pick up times. He took excellent care of our Bowie! He obviously loves animals, has several of his own. Including Banana (his lab) who our dog just loved spending time with! Thanks Manuel for all the updates and keeping our baby safe! Kyla took great care of Winston for two weeks while we were on vacation outside the US. She was very flexible and accommodating with us and provided frequent updates and photos. We will continue to utilize her services in the future.

Janet took care of Cyrus while I was away on my study abroad trip. I was so nervous; I had never left my dog with someone other than family for that length of time. I am glad I chose Janet! Sarai is awesome. Repeat client and Aly loves her time with her and didn't want to leave the last time I picked her up. I received daily pics, videos and notes on how she's doing. Sarai has a huge enclosed back yard and other pups for Aly to play with. Definitely recommend Sarai and won't hesitate to reach out again for pupsitting.

My boarder, Susseth M. went above and beyond—sending updates, photos, and giving Lola all the love and attention she needed when my family couldn't. It’s clear she genuinely cares about animals, and it gave me total peace of mind knowing my fur baby was in great hands. Lola had no problem leaving me at the hand off and wanted to stay even longer at the pickup - making that all more comforting that it was the right decision! I will absolutely be booking again. I had an excellent experience wit Iman! Communication was great from start to finish—Iman kept me updated with frequent check-ins and sent plenty of pictures, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. Iman welcomed my dog, Chi, with so much enthusiasm and treated her like her own. It was clear that Chi was happy, comfortable, and well-cared for the entire time.
