She kept us up to date with pictures and was kind enough to bless him with a special Easter treat and kind enough to accommodate us with scheduling. Let me start by saying Mercedes was exemplary! This was my first time booking with Rover and it was AMAZING! Mercedes went over and beyond with everything. Initially, I was concerned that my two wild pups would be two full handfuls but Mercedes assured me they would be just fine. Her sweet and positive energy made me feel like I was leaving Bella & Teddy in the care of family. Somehow I knew they’d do great after our first meeting. I certainly was not expecting all that Mercedes provided. From regular photo updates to special pup treats and even pup report cards! For all that she offers she deserves even more! I wish I had more time to share everything but believe me when I say she provides a phenomenal service! I will definitely book with her again! As well as recommend her services! First time using the rover app and Kyla made it super pleasant and easy!! She assisted me and kept me updated how my pups were doing and what they were doing.I will 100% use her services again!

Manuel is wonderful! Glad we found him! He helped us in a last minute pinch. Super flexible with drop off and pick up times. He took excellent care of our Bowie! He obviously loves animals, has several of his own. Including Banana (his lab) who our dog just loved spending time with! Thanks Manuel for all the updates and keeping our baby safe! And all the fun walks! Will deff use again and highly recommend!!

AWESOME 1st time experience. If I ever need a service again susseth is the only one I'll be contacting. Our Bruno stayed for 6 days and susseth would send us pics, videos and updates. She is very knowledgeable and has a great gift with animals. Thank you once again we appreciate you!!

Barbara was great! She was very communicative and thorough when we did our meet & greet, and Nino seemed like he had a good time when I picked him up. She was also very accommodating despite my last-minute request. Will definitely be using her again!

Kendra was great with my senior dog. He needs more than the average pup, due to his age and some health issues. Kendra was very understanding and caring, and that means a lot to me and my old guy. She was professional, responsive, and sent frequent updates-which I appreciate. We are definitely booking again!

As always, Iman provided top notch care. Honey is always excited to stay with Iman. She takes the worry out of leaving my pet when I'm out of town.

Tabitha is the best sitter you can get on Rover. Do not hesitate. My 2 year old Lab was in love with her. He’s a huge dog with anxiety. You would think my dog knew Tabitha since birth. She is the best sitter I’ve ever had. Even better than my own family that has taken care of my dog.

Sarai is awesome. Repeat client and Aly loves her time with her and didn't want to leave the last time I picked her up. I received daily pics, videos and notes on how she's doing. Sarai has a huge enclosed back yard and other pups for Aly to play with. Definitely recommend Sarai and won't hesitate to reach out again for pupsitting.

Liliana took good care of Murphy. She also was able to take Murphy with a few days notice. Thank you for taking care of Murphy and for taking him on last minute’s notice after a different sitter had an emergency and canceled on me.

Great spot for dogs! The backyard is a resort for your pet! We got lots of updates and pictures and the pups had so much fun. Our dogs were pampered and can't wait to go back.

Micheal and Joanna were amazing! They stepped in last minute due to my work schedule and made the whole process completely stress-free. They kept me updated the entire time with texts and photos, which I really appreciated. Layla had such a great time with them—you can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they watch. I felt totally comfortable knowing she was in good hands. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend! 🐾✨

Piper loves going to Jim's house. She can't wait to get inside when he opens the door and hardly wants to leave when we pick her up. We highly recommend Jim for your pet's care
