Sam was so great! It was our first time using Rover so we were a bit nervous, but Sam was wonderful. She came for a meet and greet ahead of time to make sure it was a good fit, and our very nervous cat took to her immediately! Her updates and photos were great to have as well, and Sam even did some extra work like bringing in our mail, cleaning litter boxes, and even sweeping! Would definitely rebook with Sam.

Ann was wonderful with our normally-shy senior cat, Gracie. She took to Ann immediately! She has never allowed a stranger to get so near or to pet her so quickly. It was a relief to know Gracie was in good hands with someone she liked, and it made a very difficult trip a little easier.

Stephanie did a wonderful job taking care of my two cats. My fountain unfortunately broke during the period she was pet sitting, but she managed a workaround and made sure my cats had everything they needed. Pleasant person to interact with. Highly recommend.

Amanda was amazing and so considerate of making the schedule work when she came to take care of our car while we were away! She was so helpful with things she noticed in the house that needed to be taken care of that other people would have paid no attention to and it made our coming home after a long trip so much easier. We are so lucky to have found Phyllis! Our new cat Morty was comfortable right away with Phyllis and her husband. They have the perfect home for animals, beautiful big windows, looking to a park, with tons of toys and spaces to be comfortable. Morty had a wonderful time and we know he was well cared for!

Emily was kind, caring, attentive to detail while house sitting and caring for our two cats. I really appreciated how clean and tidy she left everything. She was very responsive and sent updates and photo/videos regularly for our two girls. She took her time coaxing and helping one of our more nervous cats relax and eat regularly.
