Phoebe did a great job taking care of my two cats while I was away. She was reliable, followed all instructions carefully, and made the whole process easy and low stress for me. I appreciated the updates and could tell the cats were well cared for. Everything was handled exactly as expected, which made a big difference while I was traveling. I would definitely book Phoebe again and recommend her to others.

This is our third/fourth time with Abby checking in on our dogs. She’s always prompt and communicative. This reduces a lot of my anxiety. Appreciate the photos she takes of our doggos too! Will keep trying to book Abby for future visits.

Kaity is amazing. She takes excellent care of my senior chihuahua, Bailey, that has heart failure. She sends me little notes and pictures every visit. She tracks potty breaks and water breaks. She has even baked some treats for Bailey. She’s my sitter every week. Definitely recommend her.

Our cats loved Laura! She was on time, able to follow directions and had a calm demeanor. She helped us feel at ease away from our cats. We can’t wait to book her again and highly recommend her!!

I’ve left feedback for her before but just have to say again how great Caitlin is. She works with my sometimes-hectic work travel schedule and changing flights/etc. She has somehow also charmed my sassy little old lady into being calm enough so Caitlin can give her her shot. Truly amazing. I always look for Caitlin first when I need a pet sitter, she’s the best!

Michelle was very communicative and adaptive. They provided many updates and asked questions. Furthermore, we had issues regarding our flights being cancelled and rebooked, but Michelle was more than willing to work with our changing schedule and overall seemed confident and capable!

Damica was very responsive, on time, and patient. This was our first time using Rover and she made me feel so comfortable. I’ve already referred her to my friend (our puppy’s brother) and we will use her again!

James was amazing! My dogs loved him and he went out of his way to make sure they were safe. We actually had tornadoes here in STL while he was checking in on them. He waited till the weather had passed and then went over late at night to make sure they were ok. I will definitly use James again!
