Let me start by saying Mercedes was exemplary! This was my first time booking with Rover and it was AMAZING! Mercedes went over and beyond with everything. Initially, I was concerned that my two wild pups would be two full handfuls but Mercedes assured me they would be just fine. Her sweet and positive energy made me feel like I was leaving Bella & Teddy in the care of family. Somehow I knew they’d do great after our first meeting. I certainly was not expecting all that Mercedes provided. From regular photo updates to special pup treats and even pup report cards! For all that she offers she deserves even more! I wish I had more time to share everything but believe me when I say she provides a phenomenal service! I will definitely book with her again! As well as recommend her services! Tanisha & Darrius was great , The meet and great was outstanding . Tanisha spent time getting acquainted with my Cosmos and time spent the day of drop off regarding his adjustment to a new environment . I received messages photos twice daily in addition to a follow up inquiry on how he was doing on return home. I am pleased with the service and care . I definitely will recommend others and intended to book with them agin

Our puppy Ursa was so happy with Ann. This is our second time using her, and Ursa loved running around in the yard with Ann's dogs and playing with the toys there. We appreciated the updates, too!

Liliana took good care of Murphy. She also was able to take Murphy with a few days notice. Thank you for taking care of Murphy and for taking him on last minute’s notice after a different sitter had an emergency and canceled on me.

Leo just wrapped up his second stay with Kendra, and I can tell he is well loved there. He was very excited to see her and, based on the pics I received, he feels right at home.

My dog Smokey is aggressive and difficult to approach when I am present. He guards me and thou he’s 32lbs he thinks he’s bigger than any dog that is actually a lot bigger than him. He doesn’t back down to protect me. Janet places Smokey in his own area of the house until he gets curious about the other dogs on the other side of the gate. Slowly he becomes good friends with the toughest dog in the bunch. Janet has a large backyard for dogs to explore but not escape. From pics it looks like he’s on vacation from being a security dog. Love Janet helped me with an emergency crisis. She assisted Immediately with little notice. 6 stars for Janet!

Piper loves going to Jim's house. She can't wait to get inside when he opens the door and hardly wants to leave when we pick her up. We highly recommend Jim for your pet's care

I was very pleased with the care Max received from Candance and family. He is 10 and this was the first time he stayed with someone other than family. A week before my trip I had to take him to the vet and he was put on 2 medications for allergies ans I wasn't sure if they would want to keep him. Candace assured me that it wasn't a problem and they were very familiar with giving medications. I received photos and/or videos of him daily. They have a lovely fenced in back yard for the dog to run and play. I would certainly recommend them and I definitely would use again.

Piper had a great time at Barbara’s house. Barbara kept us up to date by documenting her day to day activities in pictures. As a bonus she takes excellent pictures, many of which are printable quality.

AMAZING! Both of my dogs loved being there and got along with her pups. Highly recommend if you want someone who cares for your dogs like their own.

Kyla took great care of our pup, Coconut, for two weeks while we were out of town. She sent regular updates and pictures, and it was clear Coconut was happy as could be. I can’t recommend Kyla highly enough!

Kamiah was a great sitter! There was good communication and she was accommodating to our last minute requests, which she didn’t have to do!! We’re appreciative of her care and professionalism. Our dog seemed to like her a lot. :) I would definitely book again.

Manuel is wonderful! Glad we found him! He helped us in a last minute pinch. Super flexible with drop off and pick up times. He took excellent care of our Bowie! He obviously loves animals, has several of his own. Including Banana (his lab) who our dog just loved spending time with! Thanks Manuel for all the updates and keeping our baby safe! And all the fun walks! Will deff use again and highly recommend!!

We are so lucky to have found Phyllis! Our new cat Morty was comfortable right away with Phyllis and her husband. They have the perfect home for animals, beautiful big windows, looking to a park, with tons of toys and spaces to be comfortable. Morty had a wonderful time and we know he was well cared for!
