Dog Boarding in Collinsville

We were a little hesitant using rover for the first time, but Kelly was great at making us feel our dog will be in good hands. She sent us pictures throughout the day and updates to assure we made the right decision. We plan on using her again in the future

Jessica was fantastic — highly recommend! Our dog can be slow to warm up, but she was so patient with him, and by the end of their time together, he absolutely adored Miss Jessica. She kept us updated every day with plenty of photos and regular communication about how things were going. We always knew our pup was in great hands. I would 100% use her again!

Christina is the best! Both our dogs are well taken care of and happy and tired when picked up. We have an elderly dog and never have to wonder if he is doing okay, we get pictures and updates regularly. We only use Christina and would obviously highly recommend!

Shannon is great with dogs and is dog-sitting full time, and is home to be attentive to our fur-babies Her place has definitely been transformed to a dog-sitting "business," so there will likely be other dogs, separated there as well.

Ms. Ebony was great with CoCo, my Yorkie was with her for seven days and she kept me informed every step of the way. On my trip I had no cell phone service and only WIFI and it was good to see my fur baby having a great time. I would recommend Ms. Ebony to anyone with knowing how good she was with CoCo and his separation anxiety. Keeping him together for such a long period of time. Helping with his social anxiety having him play and have a great time with other dogs, I will be a repeat customer and if your looking for a sitter she is a good safe and reliable one. Shannan was great with our dog Willow while we were on a trip. We loved getting picture updates while we were gone! Willow really enjoyed her stay with Shannan!

As usual, Lorri was great with and to Penny. They went for many walks and even enjoyed car rides, a favorite of Penny's things to do. She was well cared for and we have future dates for stay with Lorri already booked!

Francie was a great host for my dog while I was out of town for several days. She was very professional and flexible with her accommodations, and my dog came back very happy from his stay. I would definitely recommend and rebook in the future!

I was initially apprehensive about leaving my small dog, Benny, since I had never used a boarding service before. However, Joy and her young daughter far exceeded my expectations! It was clear that Joy truly understands dogs, and both she and her daughter were incredibly loving and attentive to Benny’s needs. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such caring hands. When I’m traveling in the area again, I will definitely book with Joy. Highly recommend!

Matt was great! His daily pictures and detailed updates reassured us that our best friend was in good hands. Murphy clearly enjoyed his stay with Matt and family. Highly recommend!

Walter did an excellent job taking care of Franklin. There was strong communication with several updates throughout the stay and I constantly felt that Franklin was well taken care of. Franklin is deaf, and that didn’t deter Walter either. He was comfortable and confident in adapting communication styles to make sure the stay was great for Franklin. I definitely recommend him and hope to have Franklin stay again in the future.

Mary took great care of our dog, Mochi. She was responsive and sent us several updates on our trip. It was our first experience using Rover and a sitter we didn’t already know. Mary was awesome and we could tell that Mochi was taken great care of. We definitely will be reaching out to Mary in the future.

Lane was perfect! I booked her for my mom’s dog, Tanner. He is shy and a little reserved but he loved her! He had a wonderful time and he was well taken care of.

Laronna is the best! She took wonderful care of Sable. Sable absolutely loved her time with Laronna and Smokey. I highly recommend Laronna and will book with her in the future!

Daniela really saved us this time. Stuck in Florida with a broken airplane and no way to get home that day. She told us not to worry about Dobby, that she could stay another night no problem. That took care of a major worry for us. From the pictures and correspondence, it looks like our dog was having a lot of fun with the other doggies and not too worried about when we might get back. real happy girl when we picked her up.

Jenay was HEAVEN SENT! I was in a last-minute crunch and reached out to her, and I was so grateful that she was available. I suggested a meeting greet, but she assured me that it wasn't necessary, and she was right. She is soooo good with dogs, her and her entire family! I received photos during my time away that really put me to ease, knowing that they were taking great care of my dog, and she was getting along just fine with them all. Believe her experience and trust that she is going to give your dog a great experience. She was very sweet and friendly, and I can't imagine sending my dog to anyone else when I need a sitter, because I know she will be in great hands!

We cant recommend Ashley enough. Our Baxter is so at home here we wonder if he will return with us. How do we know? Ashley is great with sending photos and videos. This time she took meticulous care of his meds. This home-away-from-home is our go-to for our precious furry family member. 10 stars out of 5.

My dog is a puppy mill rescue, and this was her first boarding experience. It didn't take her long before warming up to Paula who - according to Paula's friend - treated her like her own dog. We definitely will use Paula again!
