Dog Boarding in Collinsville

I usually do drop ins or boarding at the vet for my pets but decided to try boarding in someone’s home. So glad to have met Kelly. The visit before the booking helped to ease my am anxiety and left me feeling comfortable leaving my poodle with her. You can tell she loves animals.

I was so worried about leaving my baby when we went on vacation this year. Our normal sitter had a last minute issue and couldn’t keep him. So I turned to Rover.com to see what my options were. Nicole was amazing! Quick responses, flexible times, and genuine excitement to meet and care for my baby. Which being 125+lb doggo wasn’t a small task. I will definitely be using Nicole again, and not feel a bit of worry, knowing he’s in great hands.

Haylie has watched Canela for daycare multiple times but this is my first time leaving Canela with her for boarding! Canela ADORES her and Haylie always sends me lots of updates. I was able to go out of town without any stress whatsoever and as always, I cannot recommend Haylie enough! Book her!

Very nice lady, with a calm demeanor. My dog did well with her and her other small dogs. She sent pics and kept me updated. So appreciative she took him on such short notice.

Was awesome to work with and a great communicator, but my mind at ease leaving Royce alone with somebody I’ve never met before. But she was extremely welcoming and so kind I would recommend her to anybody.

Jenay was HEAVEN SENT! I was in a last-minute crunch and reached out to her, and I was so grateful that she was available. I suggested a meeting greet, but she assured me that it wasn't necessary, and she was right. She is soooo good with dogs, her and her entire family! I received photos during my time away that really put me to ease, knowing that they were taking great care of my dog, and she was getting along just fine with them all. Believe her experience and trust that she is going to give your dog a great experience. She was very sweet and friendly, and I can't imagine sending my dog to anyone else when I need a sitter, because I know she will be in great hands!

Overall process was effortless and there were zero doubts on plans to get our Maltipoos to stay with Ashley. Throughout our 10 day vacation, we received videos and pics of our dogs’ interactions with her family and other dogs. It was a vacation for them too. We are pleased and would repeat requesting her help no questions. 10 stars if possible.

This was the first time we had to leave our 10 year old lab with someone other than her normal dog sitter and somewhere other than our home, so I was a little apprehensive. Matthew eased my mind tremendously! He sent wonderfully detailed updates each day along with pictures. I will definitely book him again if the need arises.

This person was amazing, she treated my dog as is if it was her own. I will only be using Maragret in the future. She sent pictures and updates 2 to 3 times per day, lovely house, lovely person, I couldnt be happier with my decision.

I was initially apprehensive about leaving my small dog, Benny, since I had never used a boarding service before. However, Joy and her young daughter far exceeded my expectations! It was clear that Joy truly understands dogs, and both she and her daughter were incredibly loving and attentive to Benny’s needs. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such caring hands. When I’m traveling in the area again, I will definitely book with Joy. Highly recommend!

Deb was the greatest, she sent us videos and pictures each day, can't say enough great things. Would definitely use her again for future vacations

Starr was amazing. We left our Sam for a week and we were so happy to have found her on Rover. She was so great to send pics and daily updates on how he was doing. Sam was very comfortable there. Will absolutely reschedule with Star anytime we need a sitter. Sam loved her and her family.

Stephanie was an outstanding care giver for my pup. My dog had a bit of anxiety and separation sadness, especially since he was a rescue. She went above and beyond my expectations and cared for him like her own. She took meal modifications and suggestions to help Cooper feel welcomed and safe. They had plenty of walks and with my permission, was introduced to other dogs to play with. He felt right at home by the end of his stay. I was given plenty of pictures and videos that kept me informed of Cooper’s progress. I would definitely recommend Stephanie to others and will be using her again!

Joyce and her husband watched our Bailey for three weeks. We were nervous leaving her for that long. With the pictures and communication they sent we were soon at ease. We know she was well kept and happy during her stay. She was happy to see us sure but we could tell she loves them too. We will definitely use their services again. If we could give them more than five stars we would.

Snickers enjoyed his visit with Amy and her family! He was happy to see me, but I’m certain he was happier to get his chicken that Amy made for him!!! I will definitely request Amy in future trips for boarding Snickers!!! Thanks again!!!
