She made Bambi feel at home, kept great communication, and was so flexible throughout the process. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in such loving hands. We got adorable photos throughout the day. When we got back our dog was happy to see us, but also tired! That’s always a sign that she was well cared for and got plenty of exercise.

Milo is anxious in new situations but Emily made him feel comfortable and I think he enjoyed his stay. I could tell he was calm when I picked him up. I love that he has a fenced yard to explore and a big picture window to look out of.

Michelle was terrific! She was flexible with traffic delaying our arrival time, helpful when I had questions, and super caring with my puppy. You always hope that you'll have a good experience with a new career, and we certainly did with Michelle. Highly recommend.
