I cannot say enough positive things about Kathleen!!! I have always boarded my dog at a kennel in the past, but it made her too anxious so I gave Rover a try for the first time. I do not know why I haven’t been using this all along. Ellie LOVED her time at Kathleen’s. I received pictures and notes every day from Kathleen with updates. She went above and beyond, and if she will take Ellie, will always be my go-to person!

Kathleen and John took the best care of Maya while I was gone. She came home happy and healthier. I will call on them again when I need a sitter. It's so important to know your dog will be happy, so you can relax on your trip!

Autumn was amazing! She was able to take my booking last minute and was responsive from the moment I booked. She was happy to take my Hazel and even came to pick her up from my house! She updated me throughout the weekend and even sent some pictures. She dropped her off at the end and was super kind and easy to work with!

First time using Rover, so was very nervous but From the moment I met her, it was clear that she had a genuine love for dogs. She took the time to understand Titan's personality, needs, and routine, which made me feel at ease leaving him in her care. Craig is the best guy for the job! After meeting with our Bella, we instantly felt comfortable leaving her in Craig’s very knowledgeable hands! The daily pictures and updates gave us such peace of mind and let us truly enjoy our vacation! Bella was happy to see us, but also sad to leave Craig 🥹 I think she is a very satisfied customer…she gives 5 paws 🐾 We couldn’t have gone on our trip if it wasn’t for Craig and we are already looking forward to our next adventure!
