Dog Boarding in Crystal Lake

June was delightful and took good care of our little guy. We really appreciated the communication and pics sent to us. Especially the walk she took him on. We will keep her on our short list of River caregivers for future boarding needs. Thanks June!!

Carolyn is great. She was very kind, prompt to respond and loving of our pup. I loved being able to check in and would even get updates with pictures included. Our pup had a great time and look forward to her staying with Carolyn for our upcoming vacation.

Amazing care for my dog! Jessica watched him over the 4th of July and she was able to comfort him during all the fireworks. She sent me pictures and even a little video. I'm very glad I was able to find someone in such short notice and I'm very grateful for all the extra care she gave my pup. I'll definitely keep her in mind for next time.

Carla watched Geddy for the second time. This time for a week. She and the family did a great job making him feel part of the family. Geddy loved playing with her dogs and her boys. We will definitely continue using her and I would recommend her to anyone who wants their dog to have the comforts of a home and a family while needing to travel with out their fur baby.

Danielle was amazing with my 10 month old puppy and great with communication while I was out of town for over three days. I would not hesitate to book her again, and cannot think of anything I would have her do differently. Sh was very careful to be attentive to mine and Myron’s needs and wants. Excellent job, Danielle. Barb has been awesome! First she sat for my Weim and my daughter's terrier. This time, it was just our Weim. We had a last minute trip pop up and she was great saying she could do it. Barb is flexible on drop off and pick up times. Peach is blessed to have her home to be part of. I was sorry I didn't leave a review after the first time but just found out how to do this. Thank you, Barb, for making this experience flawless!

Cheryl did an excellent job taking care my deaf dog. He also has daily meds and is on a diet which Cheryl also took care of. She sent updates and pictures of him and was very responsive to my messages. Definitely will use her again in the future.

Dorothy was wonderful to work with. The communication was great and I was very comfortable leaving my dog in her care, I highly recommend her! I've had other sitters and it was normal for my dog to be stressed out and not eat food for a day or two. Much to my surprise, my dog ate normally right from the start which is a huge testament to how well Dorothy nurtured her and helped her relax.

Alicia was fantastic! She took great care of my dog and kept me updated with photos and messages throughout the stay. I would absolutely book with Alicia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring Rover sitter

Dickson is really good with dogs he taught me a few tips for my dog and he also taught my dog how to be comfortable with stairs. When I picked up my dog he was playing in the backyard with other dogs he seemed to really enjoy his stay. Dickson was providing updates and pictures of my dog when we were missing him. Melynda and her family were just wonderful -- from the initial meet & greet, thru the daily text and photo updates, to the final "tail" on how they did. Our two small terriers got along great with her three small dogs, and even "fell in love" with her husband. Would definitely recommend Melynda and use her again.
