Cat Sitting in Des Plaines

Katherine was an excellent choice for a drop in visit for our two cats! She is very attentive and interested in getting to know their specific personalities and needs. One of our cats needs insulin shots and I felt reassured with her skill set. The Rover Card was thorough and the many photos were appreciated. I will be using her in the future and I would highly recommend!

Ada was absolutely fantastic! She took care of our five cats for over a week while we were on vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She checked in with us every day and sent wonderful updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear from the pictures and updates that our cats were happy, comfortable, and very well cared for. Ada was reliable, communicative, and clearly loves animals. Taking care of five cats is no small task, and she handled it wonderfully! I highly recommend Ada to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive pet sitter. We will definitely be using her services again in the future!

Jillian took wonderful care of our two cats while we were away for a long weekend. She handled everything exactly as I had requested, provided feedback about her visits and photos each time she dropped in. She is gentle and kind, and our kitties really warmed up to her. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again for care when the need arises.

Emily was amazing, and if I could, I would give her 10 stars! She met me a head of our visit, which made me very comfortable with her. I also got to see how my cat would react to her, which was good to know in advance. My cat loved Emily! She took care of my cat for six days. Every day there was communication and several photos. I had a very good idea of what was going on in my home, even though I was very far away from it. And I could tell that my cat was having a fantastic time with her. She also made sure everything was tidy and clean for when I got home. I was thrilled with Emily as my sitter, and I would absolutely rebook with her in a heartbeat. I highly recommend her for your pets! A++

Ellie was a fantastic person to care for my cat while I was away. She was responsive to all of my messages to set up our initial meeting. She is very well versed in animal care and behaviors which made me feel confident in using her service. While I was away, she was sure to take several photos and her daily cat card reports were so detailed, I felt like I was there with her. I would highly recommend her and not only would I book a repeat service, I already have!

Elizabeth was absolutely perfect despite life trying to make this a challenge this holiday season, she managed and I am absolutely thrilled to have found her on Rover. The bottom line, Elizabeth follows instructions to the letter, and if any changes to the schedule happen she notified you well in advance. There is no question I will ask for Elizabeth again when I return to Rover in the future.

I was hesitant to use Rover when I was in a bind needing care for my cat on a last minute trip. I ended up picking Jenny and was so glad I did. We talked before I left and I felt at ease leaving my boy in her care. She kept in contact with me every day I was gone, sending me several pictures daily. I came home to a happy loving cat. I will not hesitate to use Jenny again!

I felt comfortable with Kayla immediately and my cats took to her right away. She is friendly,personable , and really eased the stress from leaving our cats longer than usual.She kept me updated and we will definitely use Kayla again if we leave for any length of time.

Caroline is very responsible and caring She followed all my instructions and left my house clean and tidy. Gennie needs medication every other day, and Caroline made sure she got her medication and checked her tracker. She also helped me with an extra day on very short notice which I really appreciated! I would definitely book her again next time! 🥰

She regularly updated me with photos and was thoughtful enough to realize I hadn't considered getting my keys back.

Brinda was a fantastic cat sitter for our Siberian cat, Edward! I felt comfortable right away when she stopped by for our Meet and Greet (Edward even followed her to the door)! She was very communicative and responsive on text and we came home to a happy kitty and clean/attentive cat area! We will not hesitate to use Brinda in the future!! Thank you!
