Dog Boarding in Downers Grove

First time using Jo’Ell… we were so happy with her service! After meeting, we felt totally comfortable leaving our dog Gracie with Jo’Ell and her family. We loved the daily updates with pictures. Would absolutely recommend and we will be using her again!

Thank you again for a great visit. Trevor and Gizmo seem to have a special bond now and that makes us very happy. We have no worries dropping him off with Nicole, Jeff, and Trevor. We enjoy the pictures and feel like he is with people who really care about him.

Matthew and Michelle (and their kids) were wonderful! They had our dog for 11 days this summer and were a reliable, friendly, dog loving home and treated our boy like one of their own. Will be our go to sitter from now on as long as they will have us. Great communication and daily pictures of Bruschi living his best life. Thanks again guys!

Been using Ingrida for years, and is always professional, great with my dog giving her extra care with her food as she doesn’t like to eat when we are gone. And always quick to respond.

Jazmin was talking care of our dog, two times already. Both times everything went good, he was so happy, I was getting updates daily. Jazmin is really friendly and good with animals. My recommendations to everyone.

Wayne is a wonderful, kind, dog loving sitter to our little Harley. He treats him like one of his own ❤️ I never have to worry when we are away, we always know Harley is in good hands. Wayne sends us daily updates too which we love!

Traci was great and our dog, Rusty, had a wonderful stay. Traci sent us photos daily to let us know how our dog was doing. We would definitely book with Traci again. Thank you for taking care of our Rusty while we were out of town; he was truly cared for!

Linda was very thorough. She had us do a pre-visit trip to make sure my dogs got along with her kids and her dog. We wanted to leave on our Thanksgiving trip early and asked Linda for an early drop off 6:30am and she was very accommodating. She communicated with us regularly, sent us pictures and gave us peace of mind. She was ready for us when we went to pick up the dogs. Unfortunately she mentioned that one of our dogs had an issue with her dog so while I really liked her (and her friendly little son) I am not sure I can use her services again (actually she may not want to sit our dogs again!). Pity-just when I thought I had found an answer to our dog sitting problems.

Lifesaver!! Sarah has been critical in taking care of my dog at the last moment and for a prolonged duration I wasn’t anticipating. She’s an angel and a rockstar. So grateful for Sarah.

Ashley was very responsive and Milo had great couple days with her and her family! She was very inviting and made a very cute intake sign with all of his info on it.

Lucy was so well cared for by Justine and Brett! She just turned 16, so I always worry about her, but those worries quickly melted away. They not only cared for her, but also gave her plenty of attention and playtime. I could tell she was happy and comfortable. I’ll definitely be going back to them next time the need arises!

Thanks Christina! She took great care of our old Westie who has some health issues. She sent pictures and updates throughout and her care was much appreciated. We will definitely book again the the future.

Shirley was great with our dog! She took excellent care of him and sent lots of pictures. He looked so happy and calm at her home, where he is normally extremely anxious at a boarder.

Amanda and Anton have watched my special needs dog numerous times. They always have an amazing attention to detail and have really learned to understand his personality and how he best fits into their home. Even with my dog’s separation anxiety, he looks forward to going to their home and eagerly walks in each time. I couldn’t have found a better couple to take after my pup!

Tofu had a great time with Courtney and her family. I got regular updates and pics about our pup. I would definitely choose her again for another pet care need.

Isabel provided amazing care to our two dogs. She made the entire experience comforting with her daily updates and meet and greet prior to our trip. Knowing that our dogs were in great care definitely made us more relaxed while on vacation. Rico and Chuy returned very happy. We can't thank Isabel enough, we appreciate the close communication.
