Dog Boarding in Downers Grove

Ingrida was great! I believe that my dog had great time with her. She is very friendly and professional. She was very prompt with her responses and I got a lots of photo updates from her.

Our doggie stayed with Matthew & Michelle for 10 days. They sent photos everyday. She was well cared for, petted, & cuddled. She is happy to be home but had a great stay.

Christina and her family took such great care of our dog, Clark, and he seemed to have really enjoyed his stay. Clark is blind, so he requires a little extra care, and they welcomed him with open arms and even went out of their way to ensure their house was safe for him. Would feel more than comfortable having Clark stay with Christina again.

Our pet has never had a better boarding experience! We weren't sure that he would want to come back home. He had a fenced in yard, walks, interaction with family, treats, and lotsa of attention It was a bonus that his boarding family sent emails and pictures to us while we were away, almost daily. We are extremely pleased.

Ashley did a wonderful job caring for Percy while we were away! She followed our care instructions meticulously, took inventory to ensure we left nothing behind, and was quick to respond with updates, including photos and videos. Percy very much enjoyed playing with Ashley and her family, including their dog Izzy. Highly recommend her for dog sitting!

Wayne provided great care for our two dogs! They were clearly comfortable and happy with Wayne and his 2 resident beagles at every point: during our meet and greet, when we dropped them off, in the pictures Wayne sent during their stay, and when we picked them up! We really appreciated how flexible Wayne was with our last-minute booking, how well he understands both dogs' and owners' needs, his responsiveness (quick replies to any inquiry), and the updates with pictures while the dogs were with him.

Lifesaver!! Sarah has been critical in taking care of my dog at the last moment and for a prolonged duration I wasn’t anticipating. She’s an angel and a rockstar. So grateful for Sarah.

Our Pixie girl had the best time staying at Justine and Brett’s this past weekend!! There’s so much to say! First all of her kids are amazing. Pixie had so much fun with them! She also had other dog pals to play with which is her favorite thing! We received frequent updates and pictures and Pixie came home so happy and tired from playing all weekend! They have a great fenced in yard. The biggest thing is Pixie can sometimes be a little nervous at first when staying somewhere new, but she fit right in at Justine and Brett’s. When we first did the meet and greet, Pixie was a little nervous going in but once she saw her kids she got really excited. Then once we dropped her off for her actual boarding, she sniffed and then started pulling me to go inside!! Haha. I could tell she was very comfortable and happy here! Can’t recommend Justine and Brett enough! :)

Lynn is the absolute best!! She gave us frequent updates on our boy and treats him like hers. We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing he was so well cared for. Thank you

I can’t express enough how amazing Lorraine was in taking care of my puppy, Tucker. He can be quite a handful, especially with his high separation anxiety. At the very last minute, I found myself in a bind due to work commitments, and Lorraine stepped in without hesitation. Not only did she accommodate Tucker for drop-in visits, but she even offered to take him to her home overnight because I had to stay late at work. Lorraine’s dedication and genuine care for Tucker were evident from the moment they met. Despite his anxious nature, Tucker immediately warmed up to her. She provided updates throughout his stay, easing my worries and allowing me to focus on work knowing Tucker was in the best hands possible. Her home is incredibly welcoming and pet-friendly, and Tucker had a fantastic time playing and being cared for. Lorraine went above and beyond, treating Tucker as if he were her own. Her attention to detail and affectionate nature made a world of difference. I am incredibly grateful for Lorraine’s flexibility, kindness, and exceptional care. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet with the utmost love and professionalism, Lorraine is the person to call. I recently left my dog with Jazmin for a 3-night stay, and I’m so grateful for the experience. My dog can be a bit reactive, and from the beginning, she was incredibly upfront, professional, and understanding about her temperament. She kept in regular contact with updates and photos, which really gave me peace of mind while I was away. It was clear she made the effort to ensure my dog felt safe and respected his boundaries. When I picked her up, she seemed well cared for :) If you're looking for a sitter who communicates clearly, handles challenging pets with patience, and genuinely cares, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jazmin!

Michelle was absolutely amazing! She took great care of my girl and communication was spot on! Such a great feeling being on vacation and checking my phone to see a live pic of Misty receiving love from her family. Will definitely be my go to, she also didn’t make it hard with a ton of back and forth prior to booking, a few questions and we were all set and honored our ends of the deal. If you want to feel secure with leaving your fur baby while you’re away I highly recommend reaching out and getting on her calendar!

Shirley gave our buddy so much love and sent us endless beautiful pictures so we could know what he was up to everyday. So glad we found Shirley in a pinch!

We are so lucky to have found Phyllis! Our new cat Morty was comfortable right away with Phyllis and her husband. They have the perfect home for animals, beautiful big windows, looking to a park, with tons of toys and spaces to be comfortable. Morty had a wonderful time and we know he was well cared for!

Great experience having our pup stay with Courtney. She gave regular updates and demonstrated great care with our dog. We could tell our dog was well cared for and comfortable. It was our first time using rover and thanks to Courtney we had a great experience and will 100% use her again. Thank you!

Lynda is great and did a wonderful job taking care of Rocco. Her home is clean and pet friendly. The fenced yard is big and a beautiful place for pets to play and get out safely. We were happy that our dog was taken care of so well.
