Dog Boarding in Elgin

Jacky & Uriel were great sitters for my little dog. He was happy staying at theirs and they kept me updated on Nico’s status throughout the day. I’ll definitely be booking with them again 🐶

Jayda is amazing and she was great taking care of my dog Coco. She made sure to take him out on plenty of walks and give him a lot of attention. She gave me daily updates (pics and videos included) while I was out on vacation. I’m glad she made time out of her school schedule to accommodate for boarding pets because I can tell she is passionate about animals and is so gentle with them. Would definitely re-book with her.

Niratcha was wonderful with our dogs. We have one old pup with arthritis who only wants to sit and cuddle and a young pup with too much energy. She accommodated both of their needs. Loved the daily pictures and videos so we could see how much fun they had.

Myrlonette was wonderful with my aging dog Halo. She sent me daily photos and let me know how Halo was doing. With the large back yard, Halo was so happy! I highly recommend Myrlonette!

We used Marilyn for the first board of our 1yr old puppy. We chose to go the route of private home instead of traditional kennel boarding. This puppy did not have a good start in life as was apparent when we adopted him at 4 months of age. In and out of shelters. I didn’t want him to regress to those first months of shelter life. Marilyn and her son Adam took exceptional care of Archie. Sent pictures on walks and playing in backyard with narratives of how he was doing and what he was up to. We will definitely be using her again. She made his first time away from us completely stress free! Thank you Marilyn and Adam.

This was our second time leaving Maverick with Shauna and family.. Maverick was so much loved and pampered.. They took such a wonderful care of him, took him for many walks and outdoor activities.We got so many photos and videos daily with all the updates.. Shauna is always our first preference if we are looking for a sitter.. Maverick loves his stay with them!

Jackie took incredible care of Holly for 4 nights in June 2025, sending along tons of pictures and updates during her stay. Holly got along beautifully with Leo and Pavlov, and they even went on a few car rides together! It was evident from day 1 that Holly was well cared for and comfortable in Jackie's home.

Great communication, sent photos, paid attention to the notes in our account, and made our Reggie comfortable in her home. Would recommend Alex!

Katie and her entire family were amazing with Vasher! She made us and him feel very welcomed. We received tons of updates throughout his stay. Katie truly made it feel like Vasher was part of their family. Will absolutely be hiring her again!

Shalyn & Joe were amazing! From the meet and greet to when I picked up my pup they were polite, knowledgeable and easy flowing. Their two girls and their pup Sadie kept my Rambo on his toes. He was so tired he got home, got in bed and started snoring like he pulled a 24-hour shift 🤣🤣🤣 You can tell Joe and Shalyn love dogs and your pups will be safe and taken care of with them and their family. Already rebooking 🙌🏽🙌🏽😇 Thank you guys 🫶

June was FANTASTIC! She communicated with us daily. Provided a safe and loving home for our 2 schnauzers with a fenced in backyard and a long walk each day! They were allowed to snuggle in doggie beds or on a blanket on the sofa with lots of belly rubs.

Everything was perfect from the start , great communication . I could tell that Gavin loved dogs as soon as I met him . We found our new dog sitter for our Tucker .

Jeannie was wonderful! This was the first time we ever dropped off our dogs with someone, and I’m sure they were less than perfect lol. She had a wonderful way of making us feel comfortable and at ease. Not only that, but our dogs seemed to be comfortable at her home as well. I am a very protective dog mom, so the fact that I trusted her with our babies was very important. She let the dogs go in and out of her house as they pleased, and made sure to stick to our schedule that we have with them. We will definitely be booking more dates with her in the future!

I can’t recommend my dog walker highly enough! He took fantastic care of my dog — it was clear from the start that he genuinely loves animals and takes his job seriously. My dog came back happy, well-exercised, and clearly adored his time with him. He was reliable, professional, and always gave me updates, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is in good hands. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and caring, look no further!

Our Shadow stayed with Danielle for a long weekend, while my husband and I were out of town. She sent updates, pictures, and a quick video on how he was doing, which I greatly appreciated!! He had a great stay, was playful with other dogs, and I'm so excited he had a great time. Thank you Danielle!!

It's our pup's first boarding, and he's skittish to begin with, so I was nervous. Lauren was great! She's very experienced, and I did not need to worry at all! Noodle had a blast. We will definitely rebook Lauren in the future. Actually, Noodle would love to have playdate with Cashew!!

Eileen was very communicative and great with our dog while we were out of town.

Leaving Koda Bear with David & Mary was like home away from home. Setting up the stay with them was a breeze with their wonderful communication, quick meet-greet appointment, and comfortable home. Koda loved his walks through their neighborhood and, of course, their willingness to play catch all day! We appreciated the daily photo messages and updates, letting us know our boy was safe and calm. We were able to really enjoy our trip out of town knowing he was being taken care of with plenty of attention and affection. It takes a couple of days for Koda to warm up, but by the end he was a cuddlebug with them! We will definitely be rebooking with them if future dates align. It was a fantastic experience overall!
