Dog Boarding in Elgin

Jackie was amazing with our two dogs. I was nervous about trying someone new but she was great at keeping us updated with tons of videos and pictures and answering any questions we had while we were gone. The dogs seemed to have a blast with the other dogs too. We can’t recommend Jackie enough!

Let me start out by saying, this was my first time every, boarding my pups. Jacqueline WENT OUT OF HER WAY to make sure I didn't have to worry about my little monsters! I had pictures and videos, frequent status updates... it felt like they never left my side. I'm pretty sure she took better care of my dogs than I do. I'm suprised they even wanted to come home with me afterwards. This was a fantastic experience! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

This was the second time our Sadie girl stayed with her. It’s so nice to not have to worry about your dog while you’re away on vacation. We received both videos and pictures which was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

I'm fully happy with him. He was very caring of our dog, since kai have problems. He gave us update and sent us pictures. I will bring Kai there again in the future.

Pepper had a great week with Leslie. She loved being with her while Leslie kept us up to date on the comings and goings of Pepper. Would 10/10 recommend anyone to use Leslie and would use her again for boarding.

This was our second time leaving Maverick with Shauna and family.. Maverick was so much loved and pampered.. They took such a wonderful care of him, took him for many walks and outdoor activities.We got so many photos and videos daily with all the updates.. Shauna is always our first preference if we are looking for a sitter.. Maverick loves his stay with them!

David and Mary always take such great care of our high-maintenance corgi! It’s always hard to leave our furbaby behind when we go on vacation, but it makes a big difference knowing he is well cared for!! Highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing experience! Our dog felt comfortable and loved from the very beginning. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! Our pup was so happy and well cared for, and we loved receiving updates and photos while we were away for three weeks. You can truly tell how much love and attention was given. Shalyn & Joe were amazing! From the meet and greet to when I picked up my pup they were polite, knowledgeable and easy flowing. Their two girls and their pup Sadie kept my Rambo on his toes. He was so tired he got home, got in bed and started snoring like he pulled a 24-hour shift 🤣🤣🤣 You can tell Joe and Shalyn love dogs and your pups will be safe and taken care of with them and their family. Already rebooking 🙌🏽🙌🏽😇 Thank you guys 🫶

Gavin was so wonderful with our Harley girl! We booked last minute and he was so kind, flexible, and easy to communicate with. He sent us pictures and always responded right away when we checked in on our girl. Highly recommend him to watch your fur babies!!

We had a wonderful experience with Jeannie as our pet sitter! We left our three dogs with her for a week, including one who needed medication twice a day and another who is a bit of a nervous Nelly. Jeannie was absolutely amazing, and we could tell our pups were in great hands. She sent us daily pictures, which we really appreciated, it gave us such peace of mind while we were away. When we picked them up, they were happy, healthy, relaxed and clearly loved their time with Jeannie and her family. She's truly the best, and we will absolutely be using her again. I know our dogs will be thrilled to see her!

April was such an awesome friend for my Big fur Baby Nani! She was so great with her. I was very nervous at first bc I’ve never been away from her but she had told me she was very calm and honestly just chillin and hanging around her house. I originally took my 3 yr old rescue pittie, Canela, for a meet and greet at a local boarding facility. They did not leave a good impression, and Canela hated it. Then I checked Rover and found Derek. It was a no brainer to have her stay with Derek's family (instead of in a sad kennel with who knows what kind of attention), and the cost was about the same. He's been caring for dogs through Rover for a while and fully explained how things would go for the meet and greet, dropping her off, and picking her up. With Derek, Canela was treated as a member of his family. I got daily updates and pictures, and a video of her playing with their sweet dog, Ellie. I couldn't ask for a better first experience, and I will definitely seek out Derek the next time we find ourselves needing pet care.

Eileen was very communicative and great with our dog while we were out of town.

I’m so thankful Patricia was able to care for my furbaby on a last minute request. She gave me updates and asked me questions to ensure she was properly informed. Definitely would book again for next time. Thank you 😊

Chewy seemed very happy at June’s home for a 3 week stay. There was plenty of space to romp around in the house with a nice backyard too. June sent daily updates/pictures of him on walks, playing and sleeping. June’s dog, Cookie, is very easy going and Chewy enjoyed being around him. We hope to use June’s dog sitting services again in the future!!

Steph was super kind and helpful with our kinda nervous first-timer. Highly recommended!
