Stephanie takes great care of my two cats and sends pictures! She went above and beyond on this trip by helping me troubleshoot a WiFi issue when my pet cam went offline!

Samantha is AMAZING! She was so good with our high maintenance kitty and followed all of our directions. She even searched all of her hiding spots so she could check on her and send us a pic. Would recommend!!

Amazing! Linda is everything you could ask for in a kitty sitter and more - her updates and photos gave my husband and I peace of mind while we were out of town. Genesys was great! If I need someone to check on my little guy while traveling again, I know who to rebook. Genesys was reliable and communicative, and also diligent when attending to unexpected snags in the beginning - such as my cat's bumpy first day without me there, and figuring out schedule / communication with a 6 hour time difference. We hit a good flow, my cat warmed up to Genesys quickly, and I came home after 2 weeks to a happy little fellow!

Erika was great. My cats usually shy away from new people but they all came out to meet her. Will definitely use her again
