Stephanie takes great care of my two cats and sends pictures! She went above and beyond on this trip by helping me troubleshoot a WiFi issue when my pet cam went offline!

Samantha is AMAZING! She was so good with our high maintenance kitty and followed all of our directions. She even searched all of her hiding spots so she could check on her and send us a pic. Would recommend!!

Ashlyn was very responsive when booking. She paid great attention to details at the meet and greet. It was comforting to know the cats were taken care of while we were away.

Jessica did a great job looking after my fur babies while I was out of town. She made sure to reach out if she had questions and gave my kittens lots of treats and play time!

HIRE CHRIS. I won the lottery with him. It was my first time using Rover. I have a special needs rabbit who needed a caretaker after a rabbit boarding service was no longer available. I messaged several sitters and Chris was the first to respond. He is responsive and communicative. What I absolutely love about Chris, among many things, is that he asks questions. Not in a "what do I do" kind of way. Rather, "how do I do this to make sure it's done correctly". My special needs rabbit is on a specialized diet. I left Chris with instructions, which he followed to a tee, but he also sent a photo of the food. (My rabbit is feed very soft, watered down pellets and Critical Care due to recent dental surgery). I'm happy that he did because my rabbit can't chew on pellets. He sent lots of photos of Moo, too. Chris was also flexible with the initial meet 'n' greet appointment and visiting my landlord's office to pick up my front door key (which has to be loaned out). One of the reasons I chose Chris was his close proximity to my apartment. I will 5000% hire Chris again for my rabbit sitting needs. He took great care of my very special needs rabbit and Moo liked him too! I recommend him for your pet sitting needs, including small mammals!

Ann is a thorough and caring sitter. She looked in our cat while we were away for a long weekend. Because he is an indoor/outdoor cat, the care instructions are a bit different than an indoor only cat. Ann followed through on all which we really appreciated. Plus, she took the time to give Toby plenty of attention during her visits which he loves. She is terrific!

My boyfriend and I went on vacation for a week and booked Heather to take care of our two cats. She was absolutely lovely, sent tons of pictures, communicated promptly, and was very accommodating. If you’re looking for a pet sitter, I strongly recommend booking with Heather!!

Rachel did a great job checking on my cats while I was away. She showed up when she said she would and my typically shy cat even came out to say hi. I'll be happy to rebook her the next time I travel.
