Dog Boarding in Genoa

Jackie was amazing with our two dogs. I was nervous about trying someone new but she was great at keeping us updated with tons of videos and pictures and answering any questions we had while we were gone. The dogs seemed to have a blast with the other dogs too. We can’t recommend Jackie enough!

Amazing family! Joe and Shalyn gave our dog River the best vacation ever. They were very caring and attentive. And their two wonderful girls were the best at giving River all the cuddles and affection. Bonus, River got to play a lot and bond with their dog Sadie. It was a perfect set up that made River feel at home and have lots of fun. 🤩 She will definitely miss Sadie and the family, and will be looking forward to her next vacation with them.

Ashley did a great job looking after our baby girl while we had a wedding to go to! We really appreciated the regular updates with pictures/videos she gave us of Winnie, that also helped reassure us because it’s always a little hard to leave her alone with someone new, but Winnie had the best time!

This was my first Rover experience, first time leaving my dog, Riloh, and of course first time meeting Mary. I could not possibly have chosen a better person for this first experience. Mary is kind and caring, her love of dogs is very apparent. She’s got a lovely home with a huge fenced in spotless yard, plenty of room to run, it’s a perfect place for chasing squirrels to one’s heart’s content. She knew I had anxiety about leaving him but made it so easy, she sent pics and videos all week and I didn’t have a single worry, I knew he was in the best vacation! I’m already looking ahead to next time after she assured me she would happily watch him anytime. Thanks again, Mary, for loving up my good boy in my absence!

Excellent . Pictures and updates provided throughout the day. Dog felt very comfortable there and I felt very comfortable leaving her .

Jessica was absolutely amazing. This was our first time using Rover or leaving our dogs with someone other than a family member. She sent regular updates and pics to put our minds at ease. My dogs were super happy while with her and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Linda and George were so welcoming to Ace! They are so caring and have a lovely yard for a pup to play in. Will definitely use them again!

Julia was the best to our big pup!! She watched him for us on our wedding night and was super understanding about someone else dropping him off for us! She helped him feel calm and have fun during a crazy day! He loved his time with her!

Great vacation for Silky had a wonderful stay at Geraldene's house. she's well cared for and sent a pics and videos while playing each day. Communication was awesome and more accommodating and very flexible. I'm sure will come again and refer my fiends too.

Mishka loved her visit at Jeannie’s house! She almost jumped out of my arms when she arrived as she fondly remembered Jeannie and her kids from our meet and greet. That made it so easy to drop her off knowing she felt at home. I received daily updates and pics. She will definitely be back! Thank you for making Mishka a part of your family for a few days. 🐾

Danielle was amazing with my 10 month old puppy and great with communication while I was out of town for over three days. I would not hesitate to book her again, and cannot think of anything I would have her do differently. Sh was very careful to be attentive to mine and Myron’s needs and wants. Excellent job, Danielle. Cheryl once again did a FANTASTIC job…Archie loves spending time with Cheryl and Tim. It is comforting to know Archie is treated with so much love and care. Thank you Cheryl!

Eric was great. Responded right away to the request and was great when I updated my dropoff time. Sasha seemed to have a wonderful time and make friends with his dog. He sent lots of pictures of her on walks and having fun. We would for sure use him again!

Everything was perfect from the start , great communication . I could tell that Gavin loved dogs as soon as I met him . We found our new dog sitter for our Tucker .

Theresa is fantastic with our little doggie. She feels right at home and we are sent updates with pictures on what our dog is up to. We are so glad we found Theresa and continue to trust her over and over again with our dog.
