During every walk, she keeps me updated with pictures, videos, and real-time updates about exactly what they’re doing and how my dog is doing. I never feel out of the loop. Arlene is the best! I’m glad she also does boarding for future reference. She walked our dog twice a day over the Holiday Weekend AM PM. Our pet would be eagerly anticipating the walks by sitting at the door an hour before. She’d also hurry down to meet Arlene. I’m glad Rover provides such servers for our pets. I highly recommend Tanya for your dog-walking needs! Tanya was incredible with our dog, Cooper, when we needed a dog walker for 1.5 weeks recently. It's been a few years since we needed someone to take care of Cooper and I was very nervous. Tanya showed up and made me feel super comfortable right away and most importantly, Cooper immediately felt comfortable with her as well. He can be wary of strangers but he liked Tanya right away - she just has that something! She knew how to handle a larger dog that can sometimes be leash reactive, even taught me a few things about dogs, showed up on time, responded quickly, sent lots of photos, and just in general the entire process was very easy with her. She's very professional and quickly built trust, I hope she will be available in the future to walk Cooper again!
