Lauren was great! Very communicative and clean. My dog aggressive dog really liked her, and we were so glad she was able to take care of her.

Coleen was amazing, she took great care of our puppies and we do have some needy dogs. We are very thankful for how well she took care of them. She communicates well, is flexible, helpful and understanding. We are new to Chicago and could not have asked for a better sitter.

This man is the most patient, dedicated, and loving sitter you could hope for! We have two dogs, both with weird quirks and the GSD is reactive to new people so needs several meetings to get comfortable. During our first meeting, I was surprised he didn't walk out. She barked and lunged and took a long time to warm up to him and if he was scared he didn't show it. Just patience and persistence and some jokes. We needed him to stay with both dogs while my family went on a trip to Ireland for 12 nights so if I couldn't find someone that could get past her first impression, I wouldn't be able to go. Ray came every day the week of Thanksgiving and every day I was back in town leading up to our trip at Christmas to spend time with both dogs and get to know their routines. I had given him a 6 page document of routines and commands and instructions and he came back each day with notes and questions like he'd been studying for a final exam. By the time we left for our trip I felt confident our dogs would be great in his care and wasn't disappointed. He sent photos and videos of them playing each day and he got them to both eat full meals every day which is hard even for us to do sometimes. Truly a gem of a human and dog carer. So lucky we found him and will definitely use him again when we can!

We have used Dylan a few times with our two high energy dogs and he is amazing!! Always very communicative with us and we always feel at ease knowing Dylan is taking care of our boys!

Liz did a great job taking care of my dog, Red. She sent me pictures and updates which made being away from him for the first time that much easier. This is the second time I used Jo to watch my dogs. Not only is she attentive to their needs but she keeps Us updated as to what they’re doing while Jo is taking care of then. We get photos and written updates of their activities. She also made sure to tidy up The house before she left. Thank you Jo for loving our babies.

Kymberly was professional, kind, prompt and a very responsible dog sitter for our 3 pups. She managed our sometimes temperamental 63 pound staffordshire / bully mix with ease. Would book again !

Stephanie was great! Dealt beautifully with my dog Charlie, in particular, who is extremely anxious but also elderly, so he needed to be carried a little bit. She took the time to sit with him and make him feel comfortable (even outside in the summer!) so that he would allow her to carry him up the outside steps. She and her son played with my cats, who seemed like they had so much fun. She kept me updated on what was happening throughout our trip. Highly recommend!

Frankie was fantastic! Was last minute need and she was responsive, timely and took great care of Sam and Bella. Would definitely have her back again.

I am sorry I waited a week before leaving this review; it took me a week to settle back into my life and to observe my dog, Clyde, after I had left him in the care of another sitter and Nicholas for four days each. My primary goal in booking through Rover was to ensure the care of Clyde. I am very pleased with Clyde's condition and energy in the week I have been home. As his care was split between two sitters, I would have to say that both gave him the attention and care that he needed. My other goal was the care of my house which, I believe, was also excellent. Highest marks to Nicholas and to my other sitter.
