Doggy Day Care in Hoffman Estates

Thank you for accommodating my last minute booking and taking care of Lucy. Sana was communicative, sent updates and pictures. Perfect sitter. I will use her again.

Maricela's address was incorrect, so I was late to work. Otherwise, her dog-sitting was fine: she sent pictures. Nevertheless, I got the distinct feeling from her that she was upset with ME that I might give her something less than a 5 Star rating.

Bob is so wonderful! He made us feel so comfortable leaving our dog with him. He showed us his space where dogs spend their time and sent us multiple videos throughout the day of the dogs playing. Our dog Boomer came home so tired!

Tina was amazing! She made me feel very at ease since it was my first time using Rover. Both of my dogs felt right at home at her place. I will definitely use her services again.

Vicki did so amazing with our pups!! She sent so many photos and we felt so secure leaving our pups in her care. Highly recommend!!

Tatiana took excellent care of our maltipoo. Our doggie is a bit nervous and barking when we first arrived but she calmed down after sniffing Tatiana’s hand and went to her arms and seemed comfortable. Tatiana seemed gentle with my dog and my dog was at ease with her. She was easy to communicate with and responsive, sent photos and kept me updated.

We were able to do a meet and greet with Jacqueline herself before officially booking, and she carries herself as such a gentle and kind person. She asked important questions letting us know our family member was in caring hands. We had our younger dog with her for daycare for a few days, I must say, WOW! Jacqueline’s communication is amazing as she will send pictures frequently and update you on your dog’s day. We would highly recommend Jacqueline’s care! :)
