Suzanne was my first Rover Experience. I never had anyone watch my dog ever in 9 Yrs except for my Sister. I like her from the start .She was nice and Personable as well as her husband. She had a warm spirit and I could tell she was a real dog lover right from the beginning, not just for the Money. She came to my house for 6 days and did 2 pet check Ins per day as requested. She gave my Dog lots of Love and walked her. She even cleaned my dogs because she popped her Fur. She sent me updates every day and made me comfortable . She responded to all my messages. Great experience with Bob as our pets caregiver. He responded quickly to the reservation, meet and greet was quick and friendly. We have a big fur family he quickly caught in to the routine for each fur baby. Even sent personal recaps and photos 10 out of 10. Definitely hire again.
