She is, without question, one of the most professional, compassionate, and attentive sitters I have ever worked with. From the moment she arrived, it was clear that Kirstin has a natural gift with animals. She approached each dog with patience, warmth, and genuine affection. Zoe, who is older and recently had a neurological episode, requires very careful handling — especially with stairs and balance. Kirstin followed every instruction meticulously, treated her with gentleness and respect, and made sure she felt safe every moment. Her attentiveness gave me tremendous peace of mind. Zacy, energetic and full of personality, also bonded with her immediately. Kirstin understood his routine, managed his needs perfectly, and made sure both dogs felt calm, comfortable, and loved. What truly sets Kirstin apart is her communication. She updated me regularly, sent photos, and asked thoughtful questions when needed. I always knew my dogs were in excellent hands. Kaitlyn is amazing. We were gone for two weeks and she took care of our little kitties like they were her own! We didn't worry at all! We will definitely request her in the future.

Chris is AMAZING!! I was super worried about my 110 lb boxer/mastiff who has really never been truly “socialized”… but within 10 mins, big Bear and Chris were best buds!!! I cannot say what a RELIEF it is to have someone like Chris to TRUST with my dogs, and my HOME! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! :)
