Ella came through for us on short notice and took very good care of our new kitten. We were nervous to leave her and Ella eased all of that with notes, pictures and regular affirmation that all was well. Donna is AMAZING. She has watched our two cats multiple times, and for good reason. She is communicative, including sending multiple photos and updates, and she really went the extra mile for one of our cats who has issues with anxiety. I can’t recommend her enough!
