Dog Boarding in Lake Bluff

Byron G. is a very kind person with a family and a warm home. He took excellent care of my Chihuahua; my dog stayed with him for three days, and during that time, he kept us informed about what our puppy was doing by sending photos and constant updates. He even managed to get him socializing with other puppies—something I hadn't seen before. I definitely recommend him.

Kelly was awesome! She constantly sent updates and pictures (sometimes 2x a day) which really reassured me that Tasha was well taken care of. She walked her daily and played with her. Her puppy, Maggie got along very well with Tasha and became fast friends! I would definitely recommend her and use her again in the future!

Wow! Great sitter for our pup. Angela would send texts and pictures showing our pup being spoiled and loved. So comforting to know he was well taken care of and attended to. ALSO...Because of the recent storms my flight was canceled and moved to the following day. I reached out to Angela and she had no problem keeping our pup one more day!!! If you're looking for a place to keep your pup where they'll feel loved and well cared for then look no further.

This was my first time leaving my 13 week old puppy with someone else. So of course I was nervous. Thao and her family quickly engaged him, making him feel comfortable, happy, and excited. He was overjoyed to see me when I returned, but it was clear he would have been just fine continuing to hang out with them! A great first visit!

Michelle was great! It was our first time using Rover to board our dogs and she made the experience flawless! She will definitely be my go-to sitter in the future!

Lauren was awesome and her family was all so loving towards Buck. He was so happy I was afraid he wouldn’t want to come home! Highly recommend and am so glad to have a trustworthy resource to watch Buck when I’m away.

Kuruman had a great time exploring the big back yard. Lori and Mark were incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Both my dogs Tucker and Rocky love it at Deidres. When we got there Tucker just ran to the door and jumped all over Deidre with love. She is so wonderful. My boys were with her for 2 weeks and were so well cared for. She is so loving and caring. I would recommend Deidre anytime to anyone that want s their dog to be cared for in a home of love environment.

Ewa takes such great care of Gin, and he absolutely loves spending time with her dogs. It’s such a relief to find someone close to home that you can trust with your dog completely. I highly recommend her!

She was really good to my boy Daxton. While he was anxious the first day, she did a really good job in making both him and myself feel at ease with her care. She frequently sent updates and pictures to reassure proper care was taken and I couldn't be more grateful for her time and help. Dee is a sweet lady and I highly recommend her.

Judith was great with our nervous rescue, Luna. She was very communicative and sent lots of pictures. Luna had a great time and we can’t wait to use Judith again soon!

We are so grateful for Balaji and his utmost care during our dog Chucky’s stay. He was very well taken care of and we were kept up to date everyday while we were away, which we appreciated a lot. Yamile was amazing, frequent updates, followed a special feeding regime - pumpkin came back a happy well cared for puppy..could not be happier!!

Jayne was better than I could imagine. Sam loved her and was sorry to leave her. When we took him home he barked all night. Last night he slept thru the night . We have never left him with any one since we moved to NYC. We will not hesitate in using Jayne again.

This was our first time boarding our two dogs with Christine and we are so happy to have found her! She took such good care of our boys, especially our older dog who has anxiety and doesn’t like traditional kennels. We’ll definitely book with her again for our next trip.

Hannah’s Happy Hounds is a wonderful place to board your dog or for day care. I boarded my pug, Millie, with her for 10 days and while Millie was thrilled to see me when I came to pick her up and take her home, she wasn’t ready to leave Hannah’s happy home. Millie was well cared for, loved and adored by Hannah and her family. I highly recommend Hannah’ Happy Hounds and I will definitely board Millie there again. 💛🐾

Joanne was awesome with our dog. Gave us a bunch of updates and photos and was very accommodating to our schedule. Hunny is a great companion who showed our dog their ropes so wasnt any issues. Will use again if we need her!

5 star doggie hotel as usual! Bobs our go to sitter and didnt disapoint. Dogs were happy, we'll loved and had a ball playing with new friends!

Megan was awesome! With regular updates and pictures I was always in the know about my fur baby. The initial meeting to determine fit went very well, I instantly developed a strong trust in Megan and knew Mac was in a safe place where he'd have fun and be taken care of.
