Dog Boarding in Lake in the Hills

I think my dog River is the luckiest dog. Apart from us, her family, giving her all the love, she also gets more love from Joe and Shalyn, the girls and Sadie! This is River’s repeat stay and she always loves her time with all of them. Wonderful family 😊

June did a great job caring for my little Yorkie Shamrock while I was out of town. My dog is shy with new dogs. She knew what to do and quickly won him over so he was comfortable with her. She was able to take him on walks during the day. I would highly recommend her for your pet care needs.

Jessica was absolutely amazing. This was our first time using Rover or leaving our dogs with someone other than a family member. She sent regular updates and pics to put our minds at ease. My dogs were super happy while with her and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Benni stayed with Elena while we were in Wisconsin. The minute we walked in for the meet and greet, Elena greeted us warmly with her toddler son. My mind was set at ease knowing this would and will be a great place for Benni to stay. Elena kept me updated with texts, pictures and even a video. Benni was definitely spoiled with all the love and care! I feel so Blessed to have found Elena and her son! We already booked Benni again and adding another one in the near future! Don’t hesitate to use Elena! Your dog will come home content and tired!

Michele is warm, friendly, and truly caring. She took wonderful care of our senior dog and made us feel completely at ease knowing he was in good hands. She took him for walks and made him feel comfortable in her home. Communication was excellent — she sent regular photos and videos, which we really appreciated. Her lovely home has a fenced yard, giving our dog a safe place to relax and explore. We would absolutely trust her again!

Tricia was great having our dog over for a week. She sent photos, videos, and updates. Will use her services again!

I cannot say enough to describe how fabulous Carolyn is! I have a Sheltie, a very shy breed, and is weary of strangers. Charlie warmed up quickly to Carolyn and had a fabulous vacation with her. She took him on a plethora of daily walks both in her neighborhood and outings to a nature preserve, gave him lots of love and attention and kept in great touch with me through messages, photos and videos. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!! She is the best! Thank you so much for giving me peace of mind knowing my best friend was in excellent care!

Barb is the best !!! This was the first time leaving my dogs and Barb made me feel relaxed and eased my anxiety. She is excellent with dogs and handled my monsters like a pro. She sent pics and updates letting me know how they were doing. I can’t recommend her enough.

We booked our dog Cooper last minute with Melynda for 1 night, and everything seemed to go well! Drop off and pick up was easy, and we stayed in touch on how Cooper was doing. Planning to use Melynda next time for a longer stay!

Derek and his family were wonderful with our dog Gogo. Derek sent us pictures regularly, and it was clear Gogo was comfortable and well cared for. Gogo and Derek's dog, Ellie, became good friends, which was lovely to see. Gogo actually missed Ellie for a bit after coming back home...lol. We're really thankful to Derek and his family for looking after Gogo so well. Would highly recommend them to others!

Jackie did an amazing job with our dog! Maple is usually really hesitant with new people and new dogs, but Jackie made her instantly comfortable. She sent us a ton of pictures and videos of our pup smiling ear to ear daily! We had a great experience, definitely recommend!!

Kathleen and John took the best care of Maya while I was gone. She came home happy and healthier. I will call on them again when I need a sitter. It's so important to know your dog will be happy, so you can relax on your trip!

Natalie was AMAZING!!! She was so friendly and warm, very communicative and flexible - I felt very at ease knowing our pup was in her hands. We received several pics and videos every day of our Bear and her sweet Paisley playing and cuddling and enjoying walks. Bear seemed right at home in her care. Very happy we found her and we'll definitely use her services again!

Katie and her entire family were amazing with Vasher! She made us and him feel very welcomed. We received tons of updates throughout his stay. Katie truly made it feel like Vasher was part of their family. Will absolutely be hiring her again!

Ashley did a great job looking after our baby girl while we had a wedding to go to! We really appreciated the regular updates with pictures/videos she gave us of Winnie, that also helped reassure us because it’s always a little hard to leave her alone with someone new, but Winnie had the best time!
