Dog Boarding in Lake in the Hills

Chewy seemed very happy at June’s home for a 3 week stay. There was plenty of space to romp around in the house with a nice backyard too. June sent daily updates/pictures of him on walks, playing and sleeping. June’s dog, Cookie, is very easy going and Chewy enjoyed being around him. We hope to use June’s dog sitting services again in the future!!

Jorge and his family really took care of Max and were very patient with him, he kept us updated and sent photos and videos, they treated him like he was their own dog. I definitely recommend Jorge and will be booking with him again.

Jessica was absolutely amazing. This was our first time using Rover or leaving our dogs with someone other than a family member. She sent regular updates and pics to put our minds at ease. My dogs were super happy while with her and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Dorothy was wonderful to work with. The communication was great and I was very comfortable leaving my dog in her care, I highly recommend her! I've had other sitters and it was normal for my dog to be stressed out and not eat food for a day or two. Much to my surprise, my dog ate normally right from the start which is a huge testament to how well Dorothy nurtured her and helped her relax.

My wife and I are very thankful that Geraldene accepted a boarding request on a short notice! She and her son took care of Diesel and made sure that we were updated frequently. It was obvious that Diesel enjoyed his stay with them and he loved playing with her dogs too! We will not hesitate to book another service with them again in the future :)

I would totally recommend booking with Carolyn. This was my dogs second stay. When Carolyn opened the door my dog ran right it without looking back- that for sure is a great sign for great dog care!

Melynda was kind and very engaged with Riley's behavior, as he is an old dog, moves slow, and sometimes doesn't eat much if he is taken out of his routines. She kept in touch, and was very responsive. When we brought Riley home, he ate well right away, and was back to his usual self. I would definitely use her again, especially if we could not find in-home care. She clearly loves dogs!

Thank you for taking care of my coconut so well during the long period of boarding and for the daily updates. Ellie and him bonded so well and that must have made him feel at home. Thank you again!

This is our second time trusting Shalyn & Joe with our girl and once again they exceeded every expectation. She came home happy and clearly well loved. They send great updates throughout the stay, so we never worried. The level of care they provide is outstanding! We’re so thankful to have found them and will keep booking with them every time.

We were so comfortable leaving Buddy in Beth’s very capable hands. She is a calm and loving person. She wrote us sweet “ letters from home” with pictures of Buddy. Will definitely seek her out for future trips.

Cheryl once again did a FANTASTIC job…Archie loves spending time with Cheryl and Tim. It is comforting to know Archie is treated with so much love and care. Thank you Cheryl!

Jen was on top of everything. She proatively sends us update on a daily basis keeping us informed on how our boys are doing. She sends pictures and videos. Based on the videos that were sent, our boys are enjoying their time away from home. We will defintely booking with Jen again as our boys trust her. Thank you Jen for taking good care of our boys Rufus and Dustin.

Carla took great care of Zoe and we wouldn't hesitate to book with her again! She is very thoughtful and caring. Zoe loved hanging out with her sweet pups, too. We received videos and pictures daily, and she was easy to stay in touch with while we were away. Happy to have found her!

Niratcha was great, she sent multiple updates on Stella every day I was gone. Stella got tons of playtime with the other dogs around. She was also very flexible with my late travel and pickup time.

Shauna, Peter, and family take such good care of our pup. We are a repeat client, and every time we are so grateful for the phenomenal care they give. Our pup is well exercised and completely love on. We get multiple photos and updates throughout the visit. They provide an amazing vacation for the pup when we are unable to bring her with us!

JoAnne is a wonderful sweet person. We received photos and updates from her throughout our vacation. She is very accommodating to our super early drop off time on Sunday morning. We really appreciate that. We highly recommend her.

Jackie was amazing with our two dogs. I was nervous about trying someone new but she was great at keeping us updated with tons of videos and pictures and answering any questions we had while we were gone. The dogs seemed to have a blast with the other dogs too. We can’t recommend Jackie enough!

Jacky & Uriel were great sitters for my little dog. He was happy staying at theirs and they kept me updated on Nico’s status throughout the day. I’ll definitely be booking with them again 🐶

Katerina is a great sitter! Unfortunately, my dog had diarrhea the day I was to drop him off. I felt terrible leaving him in that condition, but honestly, Katerina was amazing. He did have accidents around her house due to his situation... it’s so embarrassing. But she was so kind and just reassured me the whole time. She took him to a dog park twice and sent me pictures and videos of him having a fun and she was always responsive. You can tell she’s a really good person with a big heart. I hope she will take care of my dog again in the future because she is trustworthy. I highly recommend her to all of you. She’s so understanding and truly a 5 Star sitter! You won’t regret your dog’s stay!
