Barbara is amazing and very clearly an animal lover. She responded right away, was very personable, took care of my friends and sent many pics to put me at ease they were well. I booked the drop-in visit because an already lengthy trip was doubled and they had run out of supplies. Barbara brought litter and food she had at home because she cares for strays, true compassion for all animals. Besides the many positive reviews she obviously does this a lot as she was already familiar with my complex from walking some neighbors dogs. Gwen did an awesome job watching our cat, Sulley! They really bonded while we were away — she talked to him, gave him lots of attention, and took great care of all his needs. Brianna took amazing care of my 3 kitties. They absolutely loved her. Her communication was excellent and my cats barely noticed I was even gone. She did the cutest arts and crafts projects with them, brushed them, took out the trash and left my place spotless (other than the amazing arts and crafts I came home to.) All of my instructions were followed perfectly, she never left any trash behind, and brought so many treats and toys for the kitties! She came to meet the kitties ahead of time and bonded with them so fast. I would trust Brianna with my cats in a heartbeat and I don’t even trust my parents with them.
