Dog Boarding in Lombard

Wally looked happy and tired when I picked him up today. The whole family appreciated the photos and updates from Amanda this weekend! Thank you Amanda and Anton!

Michelle was absolutely incredible with our little man, Bilbo. This was our first time leaving him with anyone other than family or friends, and with it being a 3 week period, I was understandably quite anxious. From the start, Michelle made the whole process so easy. She replied immediately, gave us so much reassurance before drop-off, and was completely prompt during the exchange. I initially chose Michelle because she is a stay-at-home mom, and I wanted a true "home-away-from-home" environment for Bilbo. It was exactly that and more. She and her family treated Bilbo like one of their own, and it truly felt like he had become part of their family while we were away. It was actually a bit sad to pick him up because he had such a wonderful time with them! I especially appreciated the high level of communication throughout the 3 weeks. I received so many great updates and pictures of Bilbo looking so happy and playing with Michelle’s girls, which gave me complete peace of mind. I would 1000% recommend Michelle and her lovely family to anyone looking for a caring and attentive dog sitter. Thank you, Michelle!

Amberley took fantastic care of Rusty, nervous energy and all! She mixed in some chicken with his kibble when he was too nervous to eat and gave him his meds right on schedule. Rusty made two new friends and was completely worn out when we got home.

Lifesaver!! Sarah has been critical in taking care of my dog at the last moment and for a prolonged duration I wasn’t anticipating. She’s an angel and a rockstar. So grateful for Sarah.

Our Pixie girl had the best time staying at Justine and Brett’s this past weekend!! There’s so much to say! First all of her kids are amazing. Pixie had so much fun with them! She also had other dog pals to play with which is her favorite thing! We received frequent updates and pictures and Pixie came home so happy and tired from playing all weekend! They have a great fenced in yard. The biggest thing is Pixie can sometimes be a little nervous at first when staying somewhere new, but she fit right in at Justine and Brett’s. When we first did the meet and greet, Pixie was a little nervous going in but once she saw her kids she got really excited. Then once we dropped her off for her actual boarding, she sniffed and then started pulling me to go inside!! Haha. I could tell she was very comfortable and happy here! Can’t recommend Justine and Brett enough! :)

Matthew & Michelle were great with their communication, and it seems our pup really loved the time spent with this family with lots of walks and play dates! When we had issues with our return flight home, this family was very flexible in their support and gracious with us. Thank you guys so much!!

Danielle was so sweet! I was nervous because I've never used this service before and my dog takes medication twice a day. She assured me she was comfortable with giving my dog her meds and that she would be treated as her own; and she was! My dog loves to lay in front of a fan, Danielle and her girls made sure Skyy felt at home and made sure to have a fan set up! I appreciated the text and picture updates! Will definitely reach out to Danielle again!

Lynda is truly THE BEST. As a self-proclaimed (and proud) dog-mom, I have a very difficult leaving my pup behind. Lynda was so understanding, kind and reassuring. She took excellent care of my pup and genuinely treated her as my own. She shared pictures of how my pup was doing and shared updates as well. I will absolutely be asking her to watch my pup the next time I travel! I completely trust Lynda and the love, attentention, and consistency that she provides for all the animals she cares for. Lynda has a beautiful heart and you can just tell that all of her 'guests' feel right at home!

Ollie had a fun time with Valentina. She took good care of him. He looked happy in the pictures she sent us. We will definitely use her again.

Ingrida was great! I believe that my dog had great time with her. She is very friendly and professional. She was very prompt with her responses and I got a lots of photo updates from her.

Christina and her family took such great care of our dog, Clark, and he seemed to have really enjoyed his stay. Clark is blind, so he requires a little extra care, and they welcomed him with open arms and even went out of their way to ensure their house was safe for him. Would feel more than comfortable having Clark stay with Christina again.

Erica was wonderful! Our dog was anxious and Erica was calm and caring with him. She was professional and friendly. We will definitely use her services again!

Karin is the best!!! She has a calm, inviting home that made my dog feel right at home. When he got home, he was happy and I could tell he had the best care. And I loved that she sent me updates throughout his stay, especially because this was his time in her home. Thank you Karin!!

Ashley did a wonderful job caring for Percy while we were away! She followed our care instructions meticulously, took inventory to ensure we left nothing behind, and was quick to respond with updates, including photos and videos. Percy very much enjoyed playing with Ashley and her family, including their dog Izzy. Highly recommend her for dog sitting!

Shirley gave our buddy so much love and sent us endless beautiful pictures so we could know what he was up to everyday. So glad we found Shirley in a pinch!

Our pet has never had a better boarding experience! We weren't sure that he would want to come back home. He had a fenced in yard, walks, interaction with family, treats, and lotsa of attention It was a bonus that his boarding family sent emails and pictures to us while we were away, almost daily. We are extremely pleased.

Ricky our pup seems to really enjoyed himself. Very responsive, shows photos and videos to ease worry and friendly. Grateful for her! Rebooking is a YES

Melissa was great. Very frequent with updates and photos. I’m sure Mega had a great time on his slumber party.

Iris and her family provided exactly the type of experience I was hoping for my two dogs. After a terrible experience with a boarding facility, I wanted to find a sitter that would be like a second family for my dogs. A family with kids and a sitter that works from home like I do so that my dogs wouldn’t have too much anxiety when I have to leave them for a few days. Iris, her husband, and two daughters did a tremendous job providing the love and care that you just can’t get from a boarding facility. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Great people who took excellent care of our 12 year old Pyrenese mix, Bucee. We were very anxious as it was our first time leaving our senior, XL dog with another family. David and Susan put our worries to rest immediate upon meeting them and them meeting Buc. Great communication and very accommodating!
