Dog Boarding in Mackinaw

We had a wonderful experience with Nathan and Jacqueline. From the start, their communication was excellent, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. During the stay, we ran into an unexpected issue with one of our dogs that required a trip to the vet. Nathan and Jacqueline handled everything with such care and professionalism. Nathan took our dog to the vet, and they both kept us informed every step of the way, helping us make the best decisions. It meant so much to know our dog was in such capable and compassionate hands. Both of our dogs came home happy and well cared for, and it was clear they had a great time. We are incredibly grateful to Nathan and Jacqueline for not only taking such great care of them, but also for welcoming them into their home as if they were their own. We would absolutely trust them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful, and attentive sitters.

Finn had an excellent stay, as always. Melissa was consistent on sending pics and updates throughout. And was flexible when i had a scheduling change. Much appreciated. Thanks again!!

Janelle was amazing! She took such good care of our boxer, Maverick, over Christmas. He was treated like one of the family ❤️ She kept me updated with pics and videos and he truly looked so happy (or sleeping - which he does a lot- lol). I would highly recommend!!!

Diana made it work to do a quick meet and greet the week before we were going to drop off our dog for a night. This was our first time using Rover or boarding our dog she communicated above and beyond and walked the dog. Would use again.

Sheila was excellent taking care of my dog while I was out of town. The yard she has is amazing and I know my pup was happy to run around. Sheila was great with communication and was sure to share many photos of all the fun my dog had. Will definitely be booking again.

Jennifer was such a great petsitter, the attention to Maggie and us was so good, she sent to me pictures and updates frequently (which I loved it). Absolutely I will book again with her, she did an amazing job and Maggie really enjoyed being with Jennifer and her family.

Melanie is the best! She is a great caretaker and shows dogs all the love they are missing while their owners are away! She was very observant of our dogs’ behavior and loved them dearly. She did an amazing job keeping us in the loop about how the dogs are doing and sent us photos of them every day. The dogs got a mini vacation of their own with her and lots of treats! We would definitely book with Melanie again :)

Penny had the time of her life at Haileys!!! We’re calling her time spent on the farm as ‘Pennys camp’. So so pleased to have peace of mind when we have to leave her. And we get pictures. I love that. 😍

I am convinced that Lola is the best sitter on Rover! ? She took on our 2 very large dogs at the very last minute for 5 days! Not only that, she provided their dog bowls, and the most luxurious dog beds. She sent us pictures everyday, along with updates and an adorable video! She has a beautiful house and a gorgeous backyard. She will make your dogs feel right at home. She is the sweetest lady! ? I think my dogs like her more than us ??? We love her!! We are hoping to make her our regular anytime we leave town. ? I wouldn’t want anyone else!

My dogs had an amazing time! It's such a relief to know my senior dogs can stay here and receive the love and attention they are used to, so they can rest well and not he stressed out while I'm gone. Thank you so much!!

Peggy was wonderful to Hazel when I left her for a trip. Hazel felt comfortable enough to eat and sleep well on the first nights. Peggy was responsive and sent pictures frequently. I would book with her again.

Very kind and extremely helpful. Great response time and willingness to communicate. My dog seemed to really like him after a two day stay so I would say that's a great sign. If I'm back in the area I will definitely come back to him.

Khanh was wonderful!!! She took very good care of Cocoa and was flexible about pick up. Excellent communication and sent lots of pics. The bath was a welcome bonus! Will use her services again and would definitely recommend.

Amber is very caring and good with our two dogs. This is the third time she has kept them for us. She is very responsive. She treats them as her own.

Chelsey was a great dog sitter to our two fur babies. She treated them like they were her own! We received photos and updates at least ones a day. I would highly recommend Chelsey to care for your pets

Through the duration of initial request to pickup, communication was always fast! I did receive photos of my pup while I was away. Most importantly I felt safe leaving my pup. Highly recommended!
