I can't say enough good things about Catelyn. She's not only incredibly reliable and professional, but also one of the kindest, most thoughtful people I’ve met. Her attention to detail truly sets her apart. She took the time to get to know my dog Louie—what he likes, what makes him comfortable—and always goes the extra mile to make sure he's happy. One small but meaningful example: Louie loves having ice in his water bowl, and without fail, Catelyn always makes sure he has clean water with ice after their walks. It's such a small gesture, but it speaks volumes about how much she genuinely cares. Louie absolutely adores her, and so do I!
