Cat Sitting in Matteson

Kiana did an awesome job taking care of my pets for 8 days while I was on vacation. This is the first time that I have used Rover and it was great. I have three cats, a bunny, and a hamster. Kiana sent me pictures after each visit and my pets seemed to be happy when I got back home!

Lisa took great care of my two cats while I was away. She sent me regular videos so I could see how they were doing. She even took the garbage out and tidied on her last visit! I felt more secure knowing my babies were well looked after.

This was our first time using Rover. My husband and I went on a week-long trip, and we couldn't find anyone to watch our 2 kitties overnight. I was nervous because I usually like to have family watch them, as I know them. After meeting Khalia, I could tell she cared for animals, and it made me feel better. She did a great job with our little chaos gremlins, and they felt safe with her! She left everything nice and clean, respected our home, and gave us updates with pictures. The pics meant a lot! I'm a worried cat momma, so this helped with us being so far away. We'll continue to reach out to her when we need a cat sitter!

I love Mariah she is the best she communicates a lot with me about the safety of my baby any questions she has she also updates me on everything if my baby is eating or not if she uses the bathroom she also lets me know when she is on the way to my house when she leaves and where she leaves all my baby stuff she goes above and beyond ur missing out if u don’t book with her

Erica is a loving and skilled caregiver for our aging cats. Two of the three need medicine (one mixed in his food, one applied inside his ear), and she takes on these routines along with their elaborate feeding needs (wet food! dry food! treats! all in 3 different places for the 3 cats!) with such care and confidence. She's even made extra stops when there have been storms to make sure all is well. Erica is our go-to. With her, we're always at ease that our kitties and our house are in the best hands when we're traveling. Our kitties are lucky to have her as their auntie!!

Emmi was great! She has tons of experience caring for cats and was comfortable administering medications to our two older cats…who don’t always love taking their meds. We loved getting lots of cute pictures and detailed reports after every visit.

She is a great pet sitter and my baby Evie loves being at her house! She sends a bunch of pictures throughout the visit and keeps me well updated. Thank you for watching him!

Wonderful experience! Our dogs were well taken care of, easy drop off and pick up. Very friendly couple, excellent groomers, too! Ryan and Jackie were very accommodating. They take pride in their work with a personal touch! Ryan has been in the grooming business for many years and Jackie took extra time out of her day just to answer our questions and put our minds at ease! Jazz was so very awesome. This was the first time we used Rover and she was a definite awesome choice for our cats. We had a video call before to discuss everything and make sure we both knew what was to be expected. I got a text and photos and video of her visit with the cats, so my mind was more at ease. We will definitely recommend and rebook Jazz 😊
