Amy was truly amazing with my puppy Bambi. From the moment we met, I could tell she had such a warm and genuine spirit. She made Bambi feel at home, kept great communication, and was so flexible throughout the process. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in such loving hands. I was really nervous to leave my dog anywhere because Kona has bad separation anxiety. Barbara was very understanding and eased all my worries. Kona had a great time hanging out with Barbara and her dog, Kuromi! She provided updates throughout the day and responded quickly. Thank you! 😊 We will definitely be bringing Kona back!
